Quiet and cozy place to sip on a smoothie and have a nice breakfast. Lots of areas in the restaurant for a nice conversation or to read a book. I hear that the coffee is good too. Staff is very friendly and not a snobby coffee shop.

Atmosphere was good, people friendly, BUT… they have no idea what the ingredients are in any of the baked goods. If you have any kind of food allergies or picky kids, just stick with the coffee. They had no idea if there were nuts in any of the baked items. They said we get them from a supplier. Any supplier worth paying will give you an ingredient list. They just didn’t seem interested at all in helping a person with simple food allergies, or seem to think that it was a problem they have no idea what they are selling.

Best double shot ice coffee I’ve had in ages. The chicken Caesar wrap tastes like and is a genuine chicken Caesar salad wrap. Delicious! It’s nice to support a private business that takes pride and care with each order — as though they were the ones eating it. I will definitely be back.

I love this place! It’s my favorite place to go for coffee in Gladstone. If you’re in a hurry there’s a drive through but if you can go inside I highly suggest you do. Great cozy atmosphere and there’s sometimes live music. My only complaint is the food items are somewhat subpar– they taste alright but the flavors are relatively simple, something you could make in your own kitchen.

A lovely coffee shop with a great menu and friendly staff. Their mocha with coconut milk is rich and tasty. The frappachino was thick and creamy. My parfait was delicious. I loved the prayer request jar.

Very friendly staff but much to be desired. Though they have a large selection of food and espresso, the quality does not meet the standard of the outward appearance of the place. Also, if you’re not of the Christian faith, you might be a little put off by the Christian radio playing as well as nearly daily meetings of people reading scripture in the dining area. Headphones recommended.

I love this coffee shop. It has one of the most wide open spaces with plenty of tables and areas to have meetings. I work from home so need a good place to have meetings. The location is just off I-205 right next to the place(Harley dealership) with the big American flag so it is easy to give directions and tell people how to get here. It has a very professional feel to the inside. It is also nice and clean. I love bring my contacts here and at times when I cannot get anything done in my home office I come hang out here for a few hours and get our of my rut. Staff is always friendly and outgoing make me feel welcome.

Good food, terrible coffee. I’m a big fan of their breakfast burritos. They’re really really good. Their sandwiches are good as well. For coffee, they carry panache. It’s terrible. I cannot order their espresso drinks here. I’ve gotten steamers that were ok though.

I had the yogurt parfait and added a side of toast. It was pretty good. My husband had the eye opener on a bagel and he liked it as well. The coffee was also good. The employees were friendly and the service was, you guessed it, good. All around, good. Not knock your socks off but all around good.

I highly enjoy this place! I’ve come mostly during random daytime hours, and have never had trouble finding the perfect place to sit and read. It’s not the absolute best coffee I’ve ever had, but it’s definitely not the worst! Their couches and arm chairs are SUPER comfy, and they don’t seem to mind if you take over a space for a prolonged period of time.

Because of its location, several of us have met at Crossroads once a week this summer. I really want to like the place, but I have yet to experience a good cup of coffee there. I’m not that picky about coffee, but at Crossroads, the coffee is in a pump pot for self-service, and every time I’ve been there, it’s lukewarm and blah. The pump pot is hard to reach, and the cream pot has been empty or close to empty every time I’ve been there. I don’t know what brand of coffee they use, but 7 – 11 coffee is much better and cheaper, too. I think if a place calls itself a «coffee» shop, the coffee should be better than I can get at a convenience store! It should also be fresh and hot.

I love the idea of this place. The employees are nice. You can hang out(and spread out). The music is not offensive. However, the other religious items on the walls and shelves is alittle over the top. Do not go to this place for the coffee. They don’t know how to steam milk properly. They are probably using cut rate coffee beans.

The coffee is HORRIBLE! It’s is old and stale tasting and believe me I’ve tried this place twice now because a friend of mine wanted to go here, but it’s awful stuff! I guess it would be fine if you like old coffee out of a pump pot. Also really put off by the religious overtones all over the place, its really«in your face». Its one thing to have a strong faith but there’s a time and place and this really isn’t the place, its not a church.

Homey neighborhood café with an awesome seating arrangement. It’s our living room away from home. This is the perfect place to meet up with friends and a fine venue for music and events. You really do run into everyone here. This essential mainstay of the Gladstone community is staffed by sweet, kind, and attentive people. Unfortunately, they can’t really make a proper caffe latte. Portland is a coffee mecca and there is little excuse for settling, if you’re actually looking for professionally crafted espresso drinks. Classic mistakes here that everyone makes: overheated frothing creates large bubbles(as opposed to silky microfoam) that collapse into a hot mess. The coffee has a bitter, burnt taste and there isn’t even a detectable trace of crema beneath the stark-white flavorless foam and the steamed milk drowns out the coffee flavor. No amount of sweetening can rescue that. The caramel sauce isn’t quite thick enough… Whether it’s the machines, the method, or the extremely young baristas, I will be ordering other things on the menu until something changes. As a confessed coffee snob, I simply can’t order anything but the best, according to my own palette. I really don’t hold it against them because only an elite minority of cafés actually do it right. I’ll still be going here and supporting their business for the people and the atmosphere. I hope this helps.

I love this place. Even at 6am everyone is very polite and friendly. Their«eye opener» sandwiches are a great breakfast.

This place is a right up the street from me. It does have a really nice atmosphere, and the people/owner there is friendly. I guess I got turned off by the religious vibe of the place. It is subtle but present. I was excited in the beginning about music playing on the weekends, but again it was religious themed, and so it really wasn’t for me. The coffee isn’t the best that I’ve had but I go through the drive thru sometimes. Sometimes I get a egg sandwich too. I’ve had the small pizza and salad before too which wasn’t bad. In general for breakfast stuff I make my own, for the breakfast options for healthy eating in Gladstone aren’t great. More like fast food options around here. So, this place OK for me. Thanks, Selena

I absolutely love this place. By far one of my favorite coffee shops for a few reasons; 1. location: it’s so close to home it’s walking distance. 2. Coffee and food: the drinks and good are all very unique, and they have a drive-thru window. Though they are a little slower than most coffee places, it’s worth it. The coffee doesn’t taste nearly as gritty as some others and is really great. 3. Atmosphere: I stayed there the other day and sat in a big comfortable chair and read for about 2 hours. It’s relaxing, a family place, and has a very personal feel about it. Definitely stop in here if you’re passing through.

I have been meeting at Crossroads Coffee Café since they opened. It is a great local place to meet with friends or for business. They have great coffee and a wide variety of delicious healthful foods. I always have the breakfast sandwich, the«eye opener» and have it on a mulitgrain bagel.

Reminiscent of a coffee shop at a community college, it’s not much to speak of inside. The pastries do not look very appetizing. Skip it and find a Starbucks!

Didn’t try the coffee, we had lunch. The atmosphere inside is nice. Lots of options. Unfortunately it was a mixed bag. The Ruben sandwich was nice and the salad was good. However, the bagel sandwich was on dry bagels(it was a Sunday so it was probably a little old). The wrap was drenched in dressing. So make sure they go light. When I say drenched, I mean it was inedible and a bit ridiculous. The good news is they swapped out the bagel for regular bread without complaint and generally seemed nice. However, the staff was fairly unaware of the menu options. They didn’t know some of the sandwich toppings that are available. Overall, a below average experience. This was my first time so take it with a grain of salt as it could have been a bad day or strange mix of staff. Many others would have slapped the 1* review down on this but the staff was generally nice and the space was nice so extra star for that.
