We offer fun, interactive event catering at your location in the Portland metro area. We are equipped to serve a hearty breakfast to as many as 300 – 400 people per hour. We are a great choice for fundraisers, customer appreciation events, and emergency catering.

We specialize in serving pancake breakfasts. Our light and fluffy pancakes include the following wholesome ingredients: whole wheat, buttermilk, and wheat germ. We believe they are good for you until you slather them with butter and syrup!

Our basic pancake breakfast menu includes all-​you-​can eat pancakes, sausage and TANG with maple syrup and butter. We also include plates, cups, and flatware. There are other breakfast menu items we can add. Just ask when you call.



We do ask you, the event coordinator, to provide 2 – 3 volunteers to help us set up our station at your location. Otherwise, we do the work, and we make it easy for you to host a successful, fun, tasty, and memorable event!

History

Established in 2014.

The original Chris Cakes was launched in 1969 in the Midwest. Sheldon brought Chris Cakes Northwest to the Portland area in April of 2014.

Business Owner

Sheldon attended a Chris Cakes event in Kansas when he was a kid. The impressive 9 foot griddle and the interactive nature of the «flipper» sparked his imagination and set him on a course that would involve tasting a lot of sausage and serving breakfast to hundreds of large and small groups until he realized what he really wanted to do was help the people of the Northwest experience the fun of catching their own pancakes.
