Owner Garrison Arey has been a licensed ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) certified home inspector in the Kansas City area for over 17 years. Garrison is the preferred inspector for one of Kansas City’s top real estate groups and many other top producing agents because he is the best in the business.. Garrison is thorough, highly trained, educated, and accessible so you can expect a detailed inspection summary and report accompanied by many photos of the property. Reports will be reviewed at the end of your inspections and can be printed on site, but are also available online the same day.

Garrison has worked for AmeriSpec for over 17 years. When his mother bought AmeriSpec he left restaurant management to work for her and hasn’t looked back. Initially a family owned business, Garrison has come full circle with AmeriSpec as he is now the owner/​operator himself. Garrison loves doing home inspections and takes great pride in his work. This year Garrison brought his girlfriend Melissa on as Office Manager which has allowed him to concentrate on inspections and keeps the business running efficiently & smoothly. Garrison and Melissa live in Gladstone. In his spare time Garrison loves to BBQ and is accomplished in smoking all types of meat. An avid sports enthusiast, he loves the Royals, the Chiefs and Nascar so you may find him at the stadiums or the track on the weekend… if not, be sure the game or the race is on the tv or the radio! He is also a hobby drummer and loves music. What he loves the most is spending time with family and friends.
