A successful entrepreneur and business executive, Zen has coached hundreds of business leaders to use their Internal Guidance System for success in every area of their lives. She is also well known for her earlier work as the CEO of The Netkitchen, a San Francisco based Internet strategy-consulting firm, where she spent four years creating innovative internet campaigns and properties for Fortune 500 companies, including Applied Materials, IBM, Electronic Arts, BP and VISA. She has also contributed to Delta Airlines as the Internet media expert for their in-flight radio program.
In 2006 Zen was nominated, accepted and joined the Transformational Leadership Council, which includes luminaries such as Jack Canfield, Lynne Twist, and Marianne Williamson. Members of the TLC are leaders in their field and are composed of CEOs, trainers, facilitators, and thought leaders.
