Joyful Dwelling was established to give our customers a true 21st century cleaning experience. We pride ourselves on the best customer service in the industry. Our customers are what mater most to us and keeping them overly satisfied is what we strive for everyday.

Joyful Dwelling has the highest level of product standards in the cleaning industry. We only use Eco-​Friendly non-​toxic products in the home. Chemicals matter to us and we do our best to keep them out of the home. For vacuums we only use HEPA filtered Miele Vacuum Cleaners. These are the best residential vacuums money can buy so that is what we use for our customers. The filtration standards on commercial vacuums were to low for what we felt was acceptable for the home so we chose to use Miele vacuums that act as a virtual air purifier while operating. Just one more small aspect that helps Joyful Dwelling stand out from their competition.

Established in 2015.

Joyful Dwelling was built from a dream of revolutionizing the cleaning industry. This dream began after we each experienced the current cleaning industry and the products and techniques used. We witnessed the inferior products, equipment and service provided and knew we could do better. We believe a house cleaning is more than making a home look clean. It encompasses the products and equipment used, so that your home not only looks clean, but it truly is clean. We are dedicated to staying on top of technology in not only the cleaning industry but the customer service industry as well. We feel this is what gives you the cleanest and most enjoyable home cleaning experience possible.

Chad Brownfield is CEO and Co-​Founder of Joyful Dwelling. Prior to Joyful Dwelling he founded Vac​u​um​Clean​er​Mar​ket​.com, a leading national website for floor care products. He has brought his passion for the cleaning and customer service industry to Joyful Dwelling, to help provide a service that is sure to stand above all of the competition.

What a breath of fresh air (both for me and my house!)
I tried another cleaning company before finding Joyful Dwelling, and it was nothing but drama from the get-​go. (Moving my first appointment around, not giving the crew enough time to complete the job, unable to resolve scheduling issues to fix it, not dusting twice in a row etc)
It was more effort and hassle than cleaning the house myself, and left a sour taste in my mouth.
With Joyful, scheduling is a breeze, and their professionalism and punctuality can’t be beat.
The crew doesn’t mind if I’m home and are super pleasant (never grumpy or stressed out) and are easy to communicate with.
Their prices are excellent, and adding monthly tasks (fridge cleaning!) isn’t a hassle.
I can’t recommend them enough. Thanks joyful for making my dwelling feel like a home again.

So I am moving, always stressful! I call Chad at Joyful Dwelling and he sends his cleaners to my place and does a great job! I then realize, after the fact, that I didn’t point out the base boards and two or three other things I needed done. He responds with «I’ll only charge you X and get someone out today to handle it» WOW! That is customer service! I forgot to specify those items, not his fault at all, but instead of excuses, he charged an extremely fair price and fixed it immediately… thank you so much! I will refer everyone I know to you.

Booking with Joyful Dwelling was the most positive cleaning service experience I have ever had.
I was drawn to Joyful Dwellings company mainly because of their commitment to the environment and their clients to only use eco-​friendly, non-​harsh, and chemical-​free products– I was so happy to finally find a cleaning company that shared my same aversion to using harsh chemicals and to protecting the environment. I was also drawn to this company because of how easy it was to book with them, and schedule an appointment.
I called on Monday, and the crew was there, on time, on Wednesday. I chose to have them clean the house (I added on a fridge and oven clean as well) while I was at work. I came home to a beautifully clean home. Their attention to detail was perfection, and our house was spotless. They took out the trash, and every surface of our home was cleaned– even areas I hadn’t thought of. Better yet, our house is STILL sparkling two days later.
I was very impressed with the professionalism this company displayed in answering all of my questions about their products and booking, the quality of their work, and the high quality of products they used. My home has never felt (or smelled) cleaner. I felt the price for the job was spot on, and I have re-​booked this company for weekly cleaning services. I couldn’t be happier, and I have peace of mind that our family and pets are safe.
