Angelique and Jacob are the best. She is the reason I chose to move here when I was searching for a place to live. As a single women I felt very safe. The grounds are very well kept and amenities are great. As I had a change of employment I have to leave this great place. Anyone who is looking for a place to live, this is the place

We love living here. Angelique, Jared and Ricardo are awesome. they hgve always taken care of any issues quickly. The grounds are well maintained. They have a wonderful playground for the kids. very nice gym & laundry facility. I have read people comment on the rules here at Cypress. The rules are explained before you sign a lease. Then again, given to you in writing when you sign a lease. I have no problem with the rules. And the fact that management makes sure that everyone follows the rules, not just curtain people is wonderful. It’s quiet at night, safe to be out in the complex after dark. We have security on sight at night We have recommended the apartments to several people. If you are a party person with lots of drama, Cypress Pointe is not for you.

Have lived here for two months. Grounds are quiet and VERY well maintained. Kids love it! Lots of new friends to play with. Management addresses all issues promptly. Bedrooms are very spacious. I’m very happy here.

Just moved here 6 weeks ago. So far no problems. Rent is comparable to others with similar size. Buildings look new and freshly painted. Grounds are clean and green. Management (Angelique and Ricardo) are curtious and professional. I would recommend this place to appartment seekers in Gilroy.

My family and I just recently move here in Gilroy. We narrowed down 2 apartments complex and this is one of them. We chose this place because of how it looks, the feeling of homeness and most especially is the management. I only met the assistant manager and he is very helpful. It made our moving smoothly. I recommend this apartment to be your new home.

After this experience with Cypress Point, I get scared to rent. That’s so painful what they have done to us. After living for 1 year there, they increase the rent $ 250 and we decided to move even though we kept that appartement so clean, they found a way to charge us around $ 1000.00. That’s ridiculous, that’s painful. I hope one day justice will take place and they will stop doing that to peaceful citizens. Stay away from this apartment. Thanks.

I’m really disappointed to see my review for this apartment complex has been deleted. I was the first to review back in 2010 and my review was very detailed.
I was not happy living at Cypress Pointe Apartments. I understand that they have since hired on new management, and I believe one of the new managers even responded to my review here, after they were hired on and started cleaning up. But that’s why I’m even more upset, my review was date stamped closer to the time I lived there and was accurate. Now, I have no idea how the apartment complex is run.
However, I lived there for about 7 months (2009 – 2010) and it was the worse 7 months ever. The manager at the time was Dave and he was so rude and hot headed, I complained about him and nothing was done. They charged me a ridiculous amount of money for «damages» after we moved out. It was a horrible experience. It was the biggest mistake of my life, I was scared to rent an apartment after that. The End!

If I could give zero stars then I would… Complete ripoff for renting and when we moved out they sent us a ridiculous bill for «cleaning» the apartment that totaled to over $ 1000. DO NOT RENT HERE AND DO NOT RENT FROM ANY ACCO MANAGEMENT PROPERTIES UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF!!!
I will fight the management company regarding their «cleaning» bill.

Had to take them to small claims to get my deposit back. I had carpet professionally cleaned and scrubbed every square in of the place. Judge gave me every dime of my cleaning deposit and fined them for acting in bad faith. I would stay clear if I were you!

First I’d like to say, that i rarely write an review and I am not affiliated with Cypres pointe other than being a renter.
with that said.
This place is great! Staff and management is quick, quiet, friendly yet professional and polite.
We found this place via Craigslist and we have been living here since 10÷10÷14.
Whole grounds are green, very clean and you can find pool, small gym and laundry as well as grills at the property. Any necessary repairs are done quickly and efficiently with minimal wait time. Strongly recommend!

We rented one of the apartments for about a year. We moved out because we needed a bigger place. I cannot say enough regarding Angelique and her team. They are super responsible, attentive and efficient; all our needs were addressed right away. The complex was always clean and nicely kept. Angelique was always a very fair and understanding manager. Thank you for all your efforts and hard work!

We just recently moved in these apartments and had I written a review right away they would have gotten 4 stars. Cutting that down to 3 after today. We told management a couple weeks ago that our door handle was messing up on our front door so they sent the guy to «fix» it and now today we lock it and get home and it won’t open! We go and tell management we can’t get in our apartment and their answer is… We can’t come for a couple hours… mind u it’s 5pm and I’m tired and now highly irritated! The girl in the office tells my fiancé that WE can call a locksmith if we want REALLY??? I’m gona pay a locksmith to come fix YOUR apartment door where I’m payin almost $ 2000 mo already for rent?! I don’t think so… Just ridiculous!
Oh and they need to quit wasting water everyday to water the grass… we’re in a drought… Walking thru puddles ea night is crazy. One more thing… When we asked for a few other things to be fixed maintenance comes a week later… And when we didn’t run to the door to answer they just tried to walk in. Ummm ya not cool… Next time u should give people a call and schedule a time to give the courtesy of ADVANCE NOTICE before u try and walk into people’s apartments.
I do however like the people in this apartment… Nice n friendly… along with the amenities like the washers that notify u when your wash is done. Plus it’s super quiet here… BUT To be locked out of my own place with the «oh well» attitude for the price of this place is beyond ridiculous and needs to be addressed with your «leasing employees» when you’re charging as much as u do.

Some complication with our kitchen facet. Called it in this morning. And the the maintenance manager fixed it right away.

I just moved in so my review is based on searching for a well kept, safe enough for a single mom of a 6 year old daughter and nice enough to call home. Cypress Pointe is all of the above and affordable! The grounds are clean and maintained daily. My apartment is in a quiet area with a picnic like atmosphere right outside my door, so it’s like having a park close by. Every person I meet who lives here is happy and content. I have not heard one complaint. The management is friendly and easy to deal with. When I have a concern or need maintenance done, it is taken care of right away. The apartments all have brand new appliances and are spacious and clean. The laundry facilities have just been updated as well. If you’re looking for a place to live, look no further…

Who cares if the place looks nice– the management is ridiculously anal about very stupid stuff. They place a notes on your door for everything! If you leave a bag of trash on your porch for a couple of hours, they harass and kick people out of pool everyday, if your TV was loud, and if they just feel like wasting paper. They bug about everything that should not matter and the critical stuff is not paid any attention to. There is spider infestation, their trees are infested with super loud crows that fight all morning long plus leave huge poops on your cars, and the male property manager gives creepy looks at girls at the pool. I lived there for 3 years and have seen drug deals in their parking lots, witnessed an evacuation due do a crazy fake bomb threat, washer and dryers do not work properly and cost $ 1.60 each load, and almost been killed while crossing Kern ave because I can’t find parking and people speed all day long and the property managers do not do anything about it. I called the Gilroy Police Dept many times to complain about the speeding and nothing was ever done. There must be a drug house near by because several times a day I saw drug addicts, homeless people, and ignorant teenage kids on drugs hallucinating while walking down Kern Ave. There is a parking problem and the property managers let the gardeners park in the spaces for residents. It’s insane. My car has been broken into and vandalized while parked on Kern Ave. Plus the rent is outrageous, it is $ 1400 a month and goes up every year and the place might look nice on the outside but it is old on the inside. And the managers are always watching you. Not cool!!!

Nice understanding managers and are alway attentive if their is ever any problems with the apartments.

I am a current resident, but will see if after writing this review what happens. We have been a tenant for 18 months now and the overall experience has been ok until this past weekend. I had my son and his family over for a couple of hours for a swim and some BBQ. Understanding that the pool rules are 2 guests only, no toys or music that would interfere with other residences enjoyment of the facilities; we picked a time to go to the pool when there was no one else there. We are conscientious, prudent, reasonable and responsible tenants. I too am a landlord and manage 2 rental properties I own, so I fully understand the necessity for rules and regulations. After about 10 minutes of playing with the grandkids, ages 6 and 3, the property manager informed us that we were in violation of the «rules» and would have to stop and comply. After turning off the IPad music and getting the noodles out of the pool, I couldn’t believe she wouldn’t let us stay. Upset and fully understanding why there are «rules» I argued with the Property Manager to no avail, with her only response, «I’m doing my job». With her response, I was thinking to myself that a robot could spout off said «rules and regulations», but would hope that the management would want a reasonable, prudent person running things; one that could assess the situation and make a sound judgment and decision. That is what I was hoping when I tried to bring this to her attention, albeit in a less than professional manner admittedly. I was thinking to myself, do you not know why they have these rules? The reason for the 2 person rule is because you can’t have guests taking away the enjoyment of the pool facilities for residents, but there weren’t any other residence there, and if some started showing up; we being reasonable, prudent people, would have left. Apparently, the management doesn’t want her making any judgments on her own; everything is Black and White with her, or at least that’s the way she would want you to think it to be when it works in her behalf. Here is another example of Black and White, Follow the Rules! Every year, management throws a summer picnic in which residents have to respond in writing in order to attend, how many will be in attendance and indicating what entrees they would like to have and so on and so fourth. Makes sense, given the fact that food needs to be procured with budget constraints and all. You can pick; a burger, a hot dog, or chicken sandwich. We went last year, our first year here and enjoyed ourselves. The event is also supposed to raise school supplies that will go to local underprivileged kids, all good. This year at the end, again, Ms. Property Manager «Black and White», «Follow the Rules» allowed all the left over food to go to waste, because each guest could only have the 1 item IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES. No problem, just doing her job and enforcing the «Rules» again. WAIT, except that this time, the «RULES» seemed to be a little unreasonable. I know why we have the 1 item rule limit, because we want all our participating residents to get something to eat. We have limited budgets and only a certain amount of food for those that responded, but she made a decision to allow some of the residents to take more than 1 item home, so that the left over food did not go to waste. Excellent, this is what I would pay my employees to do… make reasonable, sound, prudent decision based on the assessment of the facts. The reason I used reasonable and prudent as the litmus test for my argument is because that is what the 12 jurors of my peers would used in these great United States. This is what I would have done if I was said property manager in my case of the 2’s the limit at the pool. Excuse me, but I’ve noticed you have some guests over enjoying the pool, what a wonderful time you all seem to be having… I just want to remind you that the guest limit for the pool area is 2, and that is because we want all our residents to be able to enjoy the pool. I see that there isn’t anyone here now, so if other residents start showing up to use the pool I will have to ask you to apply with the rule. That makes sense and is more than reasonable, that is the kind of reasonable and prudent thinking and managing of the facility I would like to see. When called for, absolutely enforce the rule; that is why there are rules.

I must say renting here has improved dramatically with the new management. The whole complex has gotten a face-​lift. Anytime we have an issue with maintenance it has been addressed in a very timely manner. parking can get a little hectic @ times but not a big deal majority of the time. The onsite gym is small but very clean and enough machines to get a good workout & save money on a gym membership. I really like the knew cybex treadmill .all in all these apartments are very clean and nice to live in for the price. definitely recommend if your looking for an apartment to check these out first.
