Bonessa Bros RV

I found a beautiful little Lance cab over camper that would have been a perfect fit for my life and my truck. After some thinking on it, I decided to make them a offer on it as they were asking WELL over asking price. The irritating thing is that I offered them a reasonable price on a cab over camper that they were selling on consignment and they wouldn’t take it! Not only would they not take it but they stopped communicating with me on this trailer. I didn’t quite understand this until a friend who is in the business explained to me that when the trailer is on consignment with the dealer, they lose nothing by not taking my offer. I have no idea whether they contacted the owner to negotiate a lower price or not as I was never told and in my limited correspondence with them they never mentioned it either. I have purchased a tent trailer from them a few years ago and went through a hassle with them than when they told me the unit had a grey water holding tank on it and there was no such tank at all… they had to install one on there for me as I was sold the trailer being told that it did indeed have a grey water tank on it. These dealers need to stop and realize that the economy has changed and they would do well to remember that many more buyers are increasingly aware of their options. The seller of this Lance camper would have sold it to me in a heart beat given what I was offering but in the end, noone won but the dealer. There was a day when doing business meant that you carried a bit of ethics and honor when completing a transaction and I am surprised that Lou (owner) didn’t jump on the offer I placed in front of him. I would high;y recommend that one take their business to a place that is more reputable.

I use to work here about 4 years ago and if I were to choose another job I would go back because of the family atmosphere and warm greetings you get in the lot.
They have great deals and will match the majority of prices out there.
The service shop in the back is phenomenal, they always work very hard and get the job done.
Lou Jr. is now the owner of the business, very friendly and personable guy…
Michelle is another great sales person there that has been in the business 20+ years and know the In’s and outs of every line of RV. out there…
Great family owned RV. lot with many Lance campers, Fifth wheels, trailers, and pop up campers «FLEET WOOD’S»…

Terrible Service. Sales people and some guy who said he was the sales manager suck. He tried some reverse psychology sales tactic on me, and when I asked him if he was always such an asshole, he blew his lid and steam starting pouring out his ears.
Anyway, my wife and I went to another RV dealer out in the valley. These guys have a major attitude problem. Serious.

Tried to show Husband a trailer I am very interested in, after hours, as he does not get home before 6:00 when they close. Sorry not! Guess they don’t need a sale. Hmm.
