Established in 1999.

The I.T. Workshop was launched as a brake-​fix solutions provider to locally-​owned small businesses in Arizona. The company quickly grew into a value-​added re-​seller of high performance technology gear. Soon the business had expanded to enfold voice over IP telephony solutions. By 2009, all of these services had been wrapped into a managed services solution, allowing the I.T. Workshop to manage a client’s technology so they could foocus on managing their business. Today, iCare Managed Services include total integration solutions for computers, mobility devices, hosted applications, and on-​site networks.

Michael Regan is the General Manager for the I.T. Workshop, leading a powerful team of professionals who are always aiming at serving small business clients while following three core values:
