Breakfast favorites include egg benedicts, omelettes, waffles and whole-wheat pancakes. At The Egg I Am Restaurant quality is never compromised. Our orange juice is 100% pure-squeezed, and our gourmet coffee is freshly ground throughout the day and served «bottomless.» An assortment of creative, non-egg dishes are also available daily. At Lunch, choose from signature sandwiches and salads or enjoy our hearty soups, made-from-scratch daily. The entire menu is available any time of the day so ordering Breakfast for Lunch is no problem. Special requests are gladly welcomed and a gluten-free friendly menu guide is available upon request. Private meeting rooms can be reserved at no charge, accommodating 10 – 35 people, and reservations include HD-LCD TV display capabilities, free Wi-Fi and price-fixed menus. History
Established in 1987.
Back in 1987, Rayno and Patty Seaser wanted to create a daytime restaurant based on the simple premise that what guests really want is delicious food served by friendly people. From humble roots, that restaurant concept was born and first opened in Fort Collins, Colorado, and the rest, as they say, is history.
The Egg I Am Restaurant, part of The Egg & I Restaurant family, debuted in Gilbert in 2013 and has been serving our friends here ever since.
