We represent Buyer’s and Seller’s of residential real estate in the east valley. We are experienced as a group in single family, multi-family, investment properties and owner occupant transactions. We’re continuing to expand and looking to get more and more involved with helping homeowners facing foreclosure that want to do the right thing and short sale! Foreclosures are destroying our communities and it’s up to us to change that! This is the most rewarding part of our business!
History
Established in 2009.
I started out with Weichert, Realtors — Lake Realty in Gold Canyon in March of 2009. In September of 2010 I made the switch to Solutions Real Estate and have grown by leaps and bounds as an agent. I have now grown my team by adding 2 buyers agents, a transaction manager, a marketing assistant and my sweet little mother is in real estate school now to join me as a Team Director to help free up some time so I can help even more clients with their needs!

Before I was in real estate I was in the construction and service industry as an residential HVAC technician and a commercial electrician. I know homes more than many agents and my investors and clients appreciate that fact! I also have a deep passion for helping those who cannot afford their house payments and want to avoid foreclosure because I personally did lose my home back in 2008. I had injured my knee and was out of work for 6 months which caused us to fall behind substantially. At that time banks were not as willing as they are today to work with people who truly need assistance. The industry has changed a lot since then and my team is dedicated to helping you or your loved ones not go through what I did. Foreclosures do more than wreck your credit, they bring values down in your neighborhood and effect your neighbors. Although doing a short sale is not easy it is possible and it is a better option. It is up to us to fix this market, it all starts on a local level!
