Great friendly service! They have fast Google wifi and lots of seating. The food and drinks are what you’d expect from a Starbucks, which I enjoy, but the people that work there are what puts this tea house above the rest.

This Starbucks has the nicest employees. They made me feel like I was one of their friends while they were making my drink. Truly A+ service.

This is my favorite Starbucks. It is conveniently near my work and I come here for coffee several times during the week. I am consistently met with friendly service and prompt coffee. Thank you for your personalized kindness, Gilbert Starbucks! Would give 6 stars if I could!

Friendly staff but they are extremely slow. If you have an extra 10 mins drive to another. I can’t ever get in and out, even with a small line. I’m usually here 10 – 15 mins(sometimes longer) every time. If you order food expect it to be warm or cold, by the time you get to your destination.

I had a great experience at this Starbucks this morning! All of the staff were incredibly welcoming and courteous. Denise(the manager) proved that this location definitely supports our local troops. Thank you for taking a moment to let me know you appreciate my service. You absolutely made my day!

Nice but I would not recommend this Starbucks I people in a hurry. They work very slow with no urgency. A little frustrating. They are all very nice but takes forever to get your drink.

I have never had an issue with this Starbucks. The service has always been good. I noticed that they have changed the line and the place to pick up your drinks since the last I was in there. It has been a while, so this might not be news now. It is a little small for the the traffic that is in this shopping area, and I do wish it had a drive thru. Overall, though it is a good Starbucks. Also they have been really good about larger orders that I have done for CGCC(where I work).

Starbucks products are good and consistent so all that really varies is the service. Haven’t had the best here. Waited 20 minutes for a coffee for me and a lemonade for my daughter. People that came after us came and went. We were going to be late for her soccer game so I politely asked if they had forgotten our drinks. The lady making the drinks said ‘oh we have 2 people ringing up drinks so things get out of order sometimes’. Hmmm. Seems like a messed up system that allows someone to wait 20 minutes for a café mocha and a lemonade while another customer orders 3 complex drinks and comes and goes in 3 minutes. The people working there were working very hard and it seems like a stressful job. In need of better management during a busy time.

WOW. Thats all i can say. Worst Starbucks experience ive ever had. It’s sunday morning, 930am… You know a fairly BUSY time… So lets have 4 visible employees and only 1, i repeat 1 barista making drinks… ANDSHESTRAINING… I get that you have to train sometime, but how about if you one of you girls standing over her, knocks out a few of the 15 drinks waiting… and you can resume her training when the line dies down. Especially since shes handing out the food also(because apparently the person that just handed it to her couldn’t call out the name?!?). Oh wait, you girls are busy remaking the drinks she has made wrong for the people who come back to complain… Then one of you has to come out to refill the sugar because its empty and customers are helping themselves to the packets in the storage cabinet underneath and«what?!?» theres no ½ & ½ either? Did i just watch a lady blatantly STEAL a cheese and fruit box?!?(And yes, i told the girl that was filling the sugar, and her response was«oh man».) YIKES!!! I waited 13 min(and yes i know the exact time– i had somewhere to be at 10 and SHOULD have been able to make it in PLENTY of time) for a tall caramel macchiato, and a grande chai. No food, nothing fancy. I was another minute from politely asking for my $ back because i really had to get going. I have never, ever seen such chaos in a Starbucks. And i search out Starbucks, I have been to MANY! In MANY different states even, and this was beyond disappointing and the worst part is, its the one just down the street from me. :(EEEK! It will take some serious desperation to go back there.

Stood for a minute while the baristas were chatting. Drink was made quickly, but when you give a customer a ratty straw, don’t roll your eyes.

The people here are awful. They were talking crap on my wife within earshot because of what she was wearing. I understand they work in one of the more«difficult» service industries but you’d imagine that the heaps of money their family has would be able to educate them enough to have some manners.

I pass 4 Starbucks to go to this one, I love the staff and the atmosphere. And it being next to Chipotle doesn’t hurt either

I don’t know why, out of all the Starbucks in the Valley, this is one of the ones I’m fondest of. It’s just your average Starbucks. The staff is friendly, the food and drinks are overpriced in comparison to some of the local coffee shops, there’s free wifi, and it’s on the comfier side of chilly during the summer. Also, there are two leather chairs in the corner that are ridiculously comfy and great if you’re looking for a comfy spot to curl up in for a bit with a book and a drink.

I’m not a huge Starbucks fan. I only go when I’m given a gift card. Stopped in this morning to try some of their tea. Found out earl grey isn’t my cup of tea

It’s Starbucks. Over priced coffee, nice baristas, clean store, free wi-fi, etc. People seem happy that the winter drinks are arriving in stores now– seems like most are ordering some variation of «peppermint» or «eggnog» flavors. Me, I stick with the caramel mochiatto.

Typical Starbs… but the baristas always have smiles on their faces, so I like to go. It is the closest coffee places to my house, so I go often for a quick triple espresso. They spell my name right, too(one T), without me ever having to say anything to them. This is right by Chipotle, Jamba Juice and Fatburger, off the 202.

i wasn’t sure which Starbucks I wanted to pick to write about. I go to this one once in a blue moon(long story about this one), but there is also another one I frequent on Ray and the 101(brand spanking new) I also go to the one on University and Hardy in Tempe… but I have the same issues with each and every one of them… why do they have to be so friggin cheerful in the morning??? Stop it! Nobody can be that upbeat at 6am… even after I drink my tea… I am nowhere near their cheeriness… STOPTHEMADNESS!!! Besides all of that… I do love my green iced tea and blueberry coffee cake(or Lemon Cake… i switch)…good stuff and convenient…
