Communication — phone & e-​mail communication with Scott was immediate; he was responsive and understanding of time constraints on our part to arrange a date for mobile detailing. We sent many messages back & forth to set an appointment.
Service — Scott sent a team of 2 guys to Goodyear; received the Star II package (full interior wash/​buff & wax exterior/​tires) for our older truck (not a classic, not exotic, not sporty, just our everyday workhorse). The guys were great — nice, professional, & discussed what they were doing for my knowledge.
Quality — we’ve had our vehicles detailed before, usually in-​house at a car wash center. Even at a lower price point, we’ve never been happy with the end result. Showcase Mobile Detailing gave us the results we expect when using a professional service.

Phenomenal, I was thoroughly impressed with every single aspect of my transaction with Showcase Mobile Detailing Solutions. From the communication to the quality of service, I felt like a very important client and prior to this transaction, I had never done business with them before. Scott spent a fair amount of time emailing back and forth answering all of my questions, and even on a Sunday! When Anthony and Aaron showed up they were incredibly friendly and personable. They walked me through step by step of every aspect of the detail and set accurate expectations on how the final product would look. When everything was said and done, my car looked BRAND NEW, straight from the factory. Every single inch was scrubbed and looked fantastic. I will absolutely be using this service again and recommend anyone looking to get their vehicle detailed to try these guys out!

Today I had Showcase come and polish my Mercedes — all of the 5 star reviews are well deserved. there was a misunderstanding regarding the service that was ordered (what i wanted was a little different to what I ordered) — scott performed the ‘extra’ at no additional cost. I will be using them again and could not recommend him and his team highly enough.

I was looking for a detail company to come out and take care of my baby. I’m very picky and normally do this myself as I am constantly disappoint with the results of other details. Not this time! I called Scott on Sunday and left a message, he called me back first thing on Monday morning (which I totally expected with the original call being on a Sunday). We scheduled for the next day at noon. The two guys that showed up to take care of my truck were awesome. They explained everything they were going to do with my truck and proceeded to do just that over the next 2 and a half hours. They asked to do the wax inside my garage which I agreed to, while in the back of my mind thinking they are going to get wax sprayed all over my stuff because I do exactly that whenever I use an orbital buffer. Not a drop of wax was detected on any of my things!!! So impressed!
So what did I love?:
I would have given them six stars is I could because of one thing. The guys were running late from another job and Scott called to say he was sorry but they were running about an hour late. Amazing! Such a simple things to do to show respect for someone’s time, but very rarely happens these days… keep it up Scott!
They brought everything they needed with them… no need to borrow my hose and water like other companies.
They cleaned everything and paid great attention to detail… no extra wax left in the creases or gaps which is a huge pet peeve of mine. Even left straight steam clean lines on my carpet which I’ve never seen before but absolutely loved!
Showcase, Scott and his guys will have my business from this day forward on all my cars.

I am very impressed with the service these guys provided. They showed up at my house, worked for over 2 hours on my car and I have to say, it looks awesome.

Used Showcase for the first time today and they did an AWESOME job! Very flexible scheduling; convenient; reasonably priced and overall a job well done. With 3 dogs, the pet hair in my car is outrageous. Problem solved :)

Scheduling my appointment with Scott was very professional, Scott contacted me regarding an appointment change which actually worked out better for me. Aaron & Anthony showed up right on time, looked over my Yukon XL, they listened to what I wanted done, they explained the products they were going to use & the process involved to detail my car. Upon completion there were a few areas of slight concern, they touched up these areas with a smile. They were definitely the «A» team! There were no surprises in the cost of my detail as Scott had taken the time to go over what I was looking to accomplish when he scheduled my appointment. Thanks guys! (This is the 1^st review that I have written).

I wanted to get my brand new truck washed and waxed with an application of paint sealant. Scott did not answer when I called but he called me back within 3 minutes and he was great about exchanging info via text. His crew Aaron and Anthony were very flexible when I had a last minute change of location that they were happy to accommodate. They showed me what they were going to do, asked me if I had any areas for them to specifically focus on, and they gave me some advice about better methods of maintaining the vehicle’s finish. They were friendly, professional and seemed genuinely happy about their jobs which showed in the excellent work they put into making my truck sparkle and shine better than when it came off the show room floor. Spotless. Thanks guys! I’ll definitely be calling back when I need this type of work done in the future.

Good – nice solid service. These guys knocked themselves out cleaning my cars. There is not a crumb to be seen, and the food stains on the seats are almost gone. Really nice work. It wasn’t cheap, but if you want a good job, you need to pay for it.
These guys made it worth the money and we will certainly use them again if the need arises.
Three criticisms (hence the missing star):
1. There was still some smudge on the windows. I don’t expect perfection in anything, but there was a LOT of smudge and smear over the inside of the windshield that was not visible until you actually got behind the wheel and drove. Some remnants of cleaner were also visible – maybe they rushed?
2. They killed by battery. No big deal – they jumped it and everything is okay, but this did take extra time.
3. Guys, if you want to take a smoke break, be my guest. Just don’t drop your butts on my driveway.
Without these, five stars.

These guys get it. I wanted to get my wife’s car detailed in a hurry and called Scott on a Friday morning. I got his VM so I left a message and quickly got a text back saying he would call me in 30min if that worked. 30min later he called and we walked through what I needed done. Having a rather ordinary car I wanted one of the packages but did not want my engine cleaned so he offered to put a protective coat on the car in replace of the engine cleaning for the same price. This was great and I appreciated the flexibility so we scheduled for the following day.
Knowing I was in a hurry he called about an hour later indicating he had a cancellation and that he could have his crew over in an hour. This worked for us and they did a terrific job with the car. Two guys spent a full three hours on the vehicle and it looks as good as new. I really like the tire dressing they used as it does not look wet and will not slop all over the sidewall of the car like many of the car wash shops. It looks dark and black but not wet and sloppy.
The exterior painted surface feels slicker than ice and seems to be a very good product. The team that came out were professional, well spoken, and came complete with firm hand shake. So nice to get ‘old school’ service today.

I just bought a new Ford Escape and wanted a nice wax job, and a really good cleaning of the leather.
Anthony and Richard showed up right on time.
They took care of my SUV like it was their own.
I am so impressed with their work that I can’t express how happy I am.

Fast and convenient. Great job and a good value for the price.

I’ve used Scott and his company twice, and let me tell you both times they have made my truck look like it just came off the showroom floor. I have a dog that has white hair, and it gets everywhere. I mainly use these guys to clean the inside of my truck, but they do an equally awesome job washing and waxing my truck.
The guys showed up at my place right when they said they would, were professional and most importantly friendly. Took my truck and had it about two hours and I swear they got every dog hair that was in the truck, I mean I couldn’t find one hair anywhere. I would highly recommend Scott and his guys to anyone looking get there vehicle looking like new again.

Once again Scott and the team come through with an outstanding detail. The best!

Scott is the MAN!!! We was on time and got everything done I needed in about an hour and half. Scott gave me other options to help clean my wheels. He also buffed out scratches on my doors, just because he is the MAN!
I will always use him to get my car ready for car shows.

Scott​ (Tony & Crew) — I have a black full size GMC truck that I haul ponies with and take off roads. Arizona Dirt! It has been YEARS since I’ve had «Wyatt» detailed — and after I shipped the last pony off to CA — no more dirt roads for awhile — so thought I would treat myself to a full detail! HOLY SMOKES — these guys did an awesome job! Tony was EXTREMELY polite and friendly and efficient, and, and, and!
Scott runs a stand-​up operation and I would recommend him WITHOUT reservation for any vehicle — any price point — he’s all that and a bag of chips!
I also had dog hair (Australian Shepherd) and a lot of dirt from driving those dirt roads! These guys made my ’08 GMC look brand new! Thank you thank you — a million thank yous!

This place deserves 10 stars! Scott (the owner) will go out of his way to help you out. I had a nasty rust stain on the back left side of my car from a leaking pipe, he personally came to my house to look at the problem. Judging from his painful stare, at what had to have been the UGLIEST stain, all hope flew out the window. He then reassured me he could fix it and my car is absolutely beautiful again! I’m more than satisfied with my purchase (which was also affordable)

This place definitely deserves the stellar rating on Unilocal that it has. Despite being fully booked, Scott (the owner) went out of his way to work me in, and did my detail personally. And he did a terrific job — my car looks perfect.
So thank you Scott for being awesome, and the next time I find myself passing through town, I’ll definitely be back here.

To start off the new year I wanted to get my car detailed as it has been a while since I had any detailing done. After seeing all the great reviews here on Unilocal I decided to try these guys out for the first time. Making an appointment with Scott was very easy and he was able to book me in at a short notice.
I had Scott’s team come out to my residence and it was really quite convenient for me, definitely a step above other companies I have dealt with in the past where I had to go to them instead. It was a pleasure dealing with Anthony and Richard as they are very easy going and friendly folks. I briefly told them my expectations and in just about one hour they had my car all ready. After checking it out everything looked great!
Now I definitely know who to contact to get my car detailed now. My first impressions were really good and I would be hard pressed to go anywhere else now to get my car detailed especially with how convenient their service is.

First off, let me just say Scott is a awesome guy and his service just as great!
I contacted Scott last week to get my 2004 lancer cleaned so I could sell it. My line of work doesn’t allow me to talk on the phone but Scott was very easy to talk via text and email. I decided to go with his Star 1 package, and he was able to set a time with me for the next week when I was free.
Scott showed up about 10 minutes early which was awesome! He also has his own water and everything on his truck. It doesn’t really matter that much either way, but it was cool that he didn’t need to hook up to my water at the house. He showed me things he couldn’t clean of buff which I already knew but it was nice that he was making sure I understand that as well. He also asked if there was anything specific I needed cleaned, and then went to work on my VERY dirty car that had been sitting under a tree in my driveway for 2 weeks. Told me to hang out inside and he would knock once he was done and quoted me about 2 hours. I know it sounds weird to talk about how he told me I can hang out inside but with mobile services sometimes there is this weird «should I go inside or just hang out outside.?» He was able to make sure that didn’t happen.
Scott knocked on my door when he was done like he said, and showed me the car. The really cool thing about this is that he had all the doors and the hood open so I could look around to make sure everything looked good. It absolutely was sparkling and looked like a brand new car off the lot. Not only that but while I was looking at it he just asked me why I was getting it cleaned and about the things that I did to my car. That was pretty awesome as well because it showed that he genuinely cared about my car and what I was doing with it.
