Great shop and a local business. I’ve had two Mercedes AC systems replaced. Mark has been timely and good in communication.

Funny story: My air conditioning in my 2009 Chevy Cobalt was blowing hot air even after fiddling with the control unit and letting the car rest over night. I wasn’t surprised that my A/​C went out in my car because it’s been 115 degrees here in Tempe, AZ. I did some research on good Auto A/​C repair places and decided that I’d go with Revilo. I made an appointment with the owner Mark (whom was very nice and accommodating to my schedule) and brought my car in a few days later. I left my car with Mark and explained to him the issue. About an hour later Mark called me up and says «Welp, it seems as though your air conditioning unit is working fine. I tested the A/​C twice, once at an initial start and my thermometer was reading 45 degrees which is a good sign. Then, to make sure, I let the car sit in the hot sun for 20 minutes to see if that would cause the A/​C to not work, and sure enough your car is still blowing COLD A/C…common back and pickup your vehicle!» I was astonished that nothing was wrong with my A/​C as a few days ago it was blowing hot air… Mark must have the ‘Magic Touch’. I went to pickup my car at Marks shop, and he was so kind not to charge me even a penny. Mark is truly an honest man and cares about his customers. I will DEFINITELY go back to Revilo if i ever have any other issues with either of my cars. Also, I am going to make sure to tell all my friends to visit Mark’s shop if they ever have Auto issues. Thanks again Mark!

Took my car to here to get the my A/​C checked out because it wasn’t blowing cold air. This place is great, Mark is honest and doesn’t add on things your car doesn’t need when its getting repaired. Shops like these are few and far between. I will be back for some more work that I need done because I trust his knowledge and work!

My A/​C motor stopped blowing so I found this place on Unilocal.Mark came out to look at it and was able to get it working without a repair (for now). It’s great to go somewhere where they are willing to help you out and not just automatically tell you they need to replace something. I’ll definitely be going back and recommending them to anyone that needs a/​c repair.

Big fan of AZ Auto Air. They will be my go-​to auto A/​C company from now on and the place to refer all my friends. Mark (the owner) and his mechanic were great! Very reasonable pricing and they went above and beyond with my needs. They were also very friendly and personable. From talking to the owner you can tell he is very honest and smart. I wish many prosperous years to come for this shop.

First let me say this place is awesome. Very clean. Mark the owner is a funny guy. He makes you feel like he’s been knowing you for years. Quick service. Honest. Prices were right for service. We got an oil change. We called around to places we saw on Unilocal and everybody was booked up. So we almost gave up. But we made one last call to this place. I was so happy. We asked him how much is an oil change? Mark said $ 79.00 at first we was like daaang. Then we asked why that price? He told us what it entailed. Synthetic oil which last longer doesn’t burn as quick, tire rotation, top off any fluids that are low, look the car over to make sure nothing else is wrong. We just knew he was going to come back with something like some mechanics. But he assured us that if there is something wrong. We don’t have to feel pressured into having it fixed there… it was totally up to us. Thank goodness there wasn’t anything wrong. We will definitely go back. And recommend this place to others.

I took my Nissan Xterra in for AC service yesterday. Mark was extremely helpful, honest, and quick to diagnose the leak. He replaced the hose, recharged and serviced the system and it’s as good as new! I would highly recommend Mark’s place for people in the East Valley. I will be going back to him for sure.

This place is wonderful! Mark and his mechanic were incredible in getting our Mazda’s AC working again. They are very honest, fairly priced, and have a full shop which is very clean. I’ll be bringing my car back here from now on! Not only that, but I had left my water bottle behind on accident and Mark called us to let us know, then when we we arrived to get it, he brought it out to us! I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Being disabled and traveling from Gilbert to Mayo Hospital is no fun when its 115 outside. Every month I am looking for change to pay my medical bills and my medications. I called and Chris told me to bring it down for a check. When I got there Chris came right out and asked me what was the car doing. He then asked for the keys and pulled it right in. 20 minutes later Marc and Chris took me into the shop and had my car in pieces tiring to find out what the problem was. Mark even filled the car with freon to see if it was a leak. It turned out that it was a resistor under the dashboard. The part was very expensive and Mark searched high and low for the part. They told me they would get the part and to bring it back and they would throw it in. After putting my car back together I paid them for the freon. He didn’t charge me a dime more. By the time I got home Mark found the part and had me order it. It was going to be a few days so as soon as it came in I drove over to the shop. They had several cars to work on and when Mark saw me he came and got the key and pulled it right in. It turned out that it was the wrong part but Chris re configured the part to make it work. He only charge me for ½ hr of labor.
By the way… I HAVE THE COLDEST AIR CONDITIONING I HAVE EVER HA IN MY LIFE!!!

Mark and his mechanic are good honest people. They do AC repair and are a full service auto repair. I needed a couple engine mounts replaced and I was referred to them. They gave me a fair price and was done in a timely manner. I will return when I need something else done and will recommend them to my friends and coworkers.
