Business Owner

Susan Bartlett and her husband Chris are bringing the sixth Primrose School to the Phoenix market and the first in Gilbert, AZ. «I have been working with children my whole life and seeing that excitement in their eyes and their love of life makes it such a rewarding career.» Looking for a way to combine Susan’s experience in education with Chris’ business background, the couple decided to open a business that would make a positive impact on the lives of the children and families in their local community. The Bartletts were first introduced to Primrose through friends who were exploring the franchise opportunity. After taking the trip to the company’s home office and meeting with the team charged with developing the exclusive Primrose curriculum, it only took the Bartletts a few short months to commit to opening a new school to Gilbert. The Bartletts have lived in the Phoenix area for more than 20 years and are parents of three girls, ages nine, six and three.
