Phoenix Escape Room – Gilbert

Excellent clean place. The puzzle were amazing, and the staff were very nice! I loved how they used cool gadgets in the puzzles.

I had heard of escape rooms, but I had never done one before. Ben and Nick made my friends and I feel very welcome, and did a great job of explaining what we were up against! We did the Knight and Rook room, and escaped with only 43 seconds on the clock. It was an incredibly fun experience, and one that I highly recommend to anyone and everyone. The staff is incredible and the rooms are so much fun!

To be honest, I had never heard of this concept before they opened this location. I went there with my family and we did the «Cashout» room. (It was difficult but we had a lot of fun).
You HAVE to work all together and that makes it really interesting, because everyone sees things differently.
We were welcomed and guided by Nick and Ben, who did a wonderful job. They were both extremely friendly and very helpful. They answered our many questions in a very professional way.
It was a great experience and I look forward to going back there and trying another room.

I did the Cash Out room with a couple coworkers and we had a blast! Ben and Nick made our experience more realistic rather than just shoving us in a room and their accents… YES PLEASE! I can’t wait til they have more rooms open! The rooms were so much fun!!! Best experience to date!

I’ve actually never heard of this concept before a few months ago, we tried it with my family and we had a blast! Special thanks to the staff (Nick and Ben) for making this experience an unforgettable one. From the first minute we walked in to the last minute, they were very professional and helpful.
I can go on and on about THIS escape room in Gilbert, but the last thing I want to do it spoil it, so come try it yourself!

We had a great time. If you’re looking for something fun and different, come here. Whether you’re with friends or on a date, it is a good time!

This place was well put together, extremely friendly, and had convenient time slots. The only thing I disliked is that it’s mildly hard to find the location, maybe it was because it was dark outside. But, I’d like if it had more signs.
If you want a good fun challenge I highly recommend this place!

We had so much fun! Currently there are two rooms but we were told they are adding more. We did the hardest of the two rooms, there are unlimited hints which they give you as they feel needed via a TV in the room. We did not escape :(but we were very close! My boyfriend and I had done another escape the room in Phoenix and our expectations were blown away with this location. Can’t say too much about the room without giving anything away but it was so fun, creative, and challenging. The owners and workers were incredibly friendly and genuinely cared about our experience. I’d recommend this outing to anyone! It’s worth the cost and time!

We had a blast. One of the best times every, probably cause we solved it. This was so fun and challenging. Staff was awesome. can’t wait for them to add more rooms to try.

Went on St. Patty’s day, played the casino scenario. It was AWESOME. Went with a group of 6 (including myself). If you’re looking for something to do, it is worth every second! The staff are friendly, they answer every question you might have. Once the room is prepared you are brought in and locked in for an hour and have to solve your way out.
The casino room was crazy awesome! I don’t want to give too much away, other than the fact you have to work as a team when you get in there.
Afterwards, if you solve the puzzle, you get your photo taken with hilarious signs depending on whether you won or not.
I will 100% return again, and plan to when they open up more rooms (they plan to have 12 different rooms total, and will be switching one out every month!).

We had an excellent time! This was our first time at Escape the Room — Gilbert. The staff really makes the experience great by setting the scene. We look forward to another round!

My husband and I did this just the 2 of us and had so much fun! We were one word away from solving it but for just the 2 of us I call that success! We can’t wait to come back and bring out friends!

This was my second escape room and my sisters and her fiancés first. The guys were very cool to talk to and our room Cashout was a ton of fun. Very good puzzles!

Nice for a group of friends or a company

I went here a few weeks ago with my wife and our friends from the East coast. We’ve done a few different types of escape the rooms in Tempe and Scottsdale but this was by far the best!
Both the knight and rook/​vegas rooms were tough and constantly had us moving around trying to get ourselves out. We were very happy the limit is 6 people, so our group of 4 was the only party booked when we went. I was impressed with the attention to detail and different types of obstacles we had to face in each room. We barely made it out of the second room it was intense!
Awesome staff — looking forward to seeing the new rooms they open!

Such a fun place to go! We were treated like royalty from start to finish. Go with a date or some friends and try and solve a challenging mystery to escape the room. Very professional and very clever!

This was a wonderful puzzle-​solving experience. I will not give away any spoilers so others can enjoy it fully but we did the «CASHOUT» room with 6 people and finished with 1 minute 30 seconds to spare. The staff was friendly, and very creative. I extremely recommend this location.
