I was in need of a dermatologist for my daughter. I called Cigna to for several recommendations. Dr English’s office was one of them. I called the office and was immediately put on hold. The young lady answered the phone by stating please hold. Four full minutes later, the young lady came back on the phone. I said I was looking for a dermatologist for my daughter but first impressions matter. If I am looking for a new Dr. I will not select one that places me on hold immediately. Next!

Called to make an appointment the receptionist said we are really busy with customers can I get your name and number and call you back. 3 hours later I still hadn’t received a call so I called back. The lady who answered said she will pass on my message. I asked if they could make an appointment right then and she said no. Not sure what is going on? I was trying to decided about coming to this office or another one… so I guess I will be calling the other Dermatologist.

Dr. English and his team treated me and my daughters very well. He addressed all of my questions and concerns. And most importantly helped resolve some skin issues that we were struggling with for years. I highly recommend this office it is clean, comfortable, and up-​to-​date. And Kim at the front is very nice and accomodating.
