Optimal Spine & Health is a Gilbert chiropractic pain relief and wellness center that uses a multi therapeutic approach for relief, health and wellness. We first find out what your problem is and if we can help. If we can then we provide the care and services you need. We can utilize adjustments, physiotherapy, disc decompression therapy, massage, laser, exercise therapy, detox cleansing, weight loss, etc. We can help you if you have back pain, neck pain, headaches, chronic pain, neuropathy, auto injuries, sports injuries, or fibromyalgia. Everyone is different so no cookie cutter programs here. Our services are the most current and provide the best results. We can also help you lose fat with our customized health program.

We specialize in finding the cause of the problem. By doing this we can provide a long term solution to our patients problems. We feel that solutions that are natural, that don’t just mask the symptoms and do not have any side effects are best used at first.

History

Established in 2004.

Dr. Kevin Fox has been practicing since 1996. He has worked in multiple office settings. From setting up offices in LA Fitness centers to working in auto injury clinics to working with multiple doctors. He has owned 3 clinics and now concentrates on serving his local community along the Gilbert, Queen Creek, Mesa border.
