I am new to vaping and have hit up a few shops over the last few weeks. Some helpful, some not so much. Here at Offbeat and Unique, I didn’t feel like an idiot, when I said I was not quite sure what I was looking for. TJ gave me info about their best sellers and what kit most new vapers start out with and explained the pros and cons. I appreciate that he didn’t try to sell me the more expensive stuff, but actually listened to what I was hoping to get from vaping. Thanks for taking the time, I will be back.

Absolutely love this place and the staff there. I normally order evrything online, but during a vape-​mergency where my tank broke we stopped by here. They didn’t have my normal tank, but helped pick out a great new one and made sure I got the correct coils that worked for my new and old style of tank.
They also have a huge vape bar I can’t wait to try, boasting over 100 flavors at some time! Water, coffee, good prices (same as I would pay online and saving shipping costs), and amazing conversation await you at this vape shop! Not to mention lots of furnite and lovely décor. I really need to stop by here more often.

No doubt the best shop in town. Believe it or not I have to drive almost 25 miles to get here. Nevertheless it’s worth it. I have been to shops all over Chandler Mesa Scottsdale Phoenix and other areas at least a dozen different places. Most other shops have something good about them that’s true but this place is really special. These people are super professional but at the same time very down to earth and easy to get to know. This place is always very clean and comfortable. They always keep their regular business hours when they are supposed to be open. Lots of other shops have a bad habit of opening late and closing early. They have a huge selection and prices on everything are fair. Their level of professionalism is just like a national chain from the looks of the place but they have the neighborhood vibe about them. Nothing «hoity toity» or impersonal. You will be glad you went there like I have for about a year.

Still one of the best shops I’ve been to in the East Valley. They’ve hired more staff but retained the excellent customer service and personal feeling that Bethany and TJ bring to the table. Thanks guys!

The store looked very nice upon entering. But they didn’t have a big selection. They have maybe a case worth of mods but they stretched it out into multiple cases. The selection was very limited and the juice wasn’t a good selection either. Won’t come back and won’t recommend.

Well, it has been over a year since my initial visit and the only change has been the addition of an awesome staff! The level of service and knowledge has only grown with addition of Sydney, Travis, Mark and Lars who I just found out has moved on to pursue other interests.
He will be missed…
OB&U carries some of THE BEST premium lines available in both hardware and liquids. The classiest liquid bar you will find! The cleanest and best kept shop… EVER!!!
Whether you are just starting or a vape veteran, you will be pleased with the offerings at OB&U.
Don’t expect loud dub step music and clouds to thick to see through. Expect a CLASSY place with professionals helping you get what you want while taking into consideration what will fit your needs.
There are other great shops out there and lots of great owners. This IS my GO TO shop! Always has been, always will be!

I called 10 min after they had closed and the owners offered to stay open and wait for me to arrive! I knew nothing about vapor pipes and even though it was after hours they patiently explained every item to me and then taught me how to use each item I purchased! The place is clean, professional and fun environment! I can’t wait to go back and try more flavors! I highly recommend this place for anyone interested in vapor!

I just want to say that the owners of this establishment (T.J. and Bethany) are amazing individuals. They pride themselves on creating a safe, clean, and fun environment while providing excellent customer service.
Very knowledgeable about each product and flavor in their inventory and personally vet each item, they care less about pure variety and do more about keeping quality items that are made by top quality manufacturers.
They have even helped me on several occasions when I’ve been my normal clumsy self, and fixed two broken tanks for my mods.
They have a great staff and they have even stayed open late to help me get some liquid when traffic in phoenix kept me from making it their on time.
I even brought my 2 young grandchildren (they wanted to make sure grandma wasn’t smoking anymore) and the owner Bethany assured them that vaping was not the same as smoking, even if it may look like it.
5 stars across the board!!!
Be sure to visit them!

I’ll first start off with. This is the only location that has Lazarus vintage in AZ. Thanks to Unilocal I located this place. I was helped my Marc. I think not 100% but that’s what the receipt said. I am an avid blogger and firm believer in quality and perception. The quality of this place is by far a 10⁄10. Very relaxing and spacious with plenty of room to just hang out. Tons of juice profiles from many we’ll known Reputable company’s.
My juice tender did a great job explains options and going over some new Flavors that have become popular. They lacked a few nic levels in some of my requests but over all we selected a few.
Then the owner or the business manager tried conversation but I got a vibe that I wasn’t really wanted to hang out and chill at the bar while Vapeing. Weird I know but I just felt uncomfortable and left.
45 min drive to get the juices. And stayed for about 10 mins. She did mention they do online shipping… So I guess if I want some more. Next time I’ll just order it online.

Great vape shop with some excellent ejuice. TJ helped me out picking out flavours which I could try first which was new to me as from a smaller city in BC Canada. The service was great and at no time did I feel I was being rushed.
Unfortunately when I crossed the boarder into Canada it was all sized at the border by a ambitious customs officer. Illegal regulated narcotic apparantley. SO DISAPPOINTED! I was really looking forward to the vaping.
Highly recommend this store.

So knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and awesome!
The store was clean and comfortable; providing a great atmosphere. I enjoyed the trip here. I was able to get all of my questions answered and pick up the product I needed.
They were able to explain Voltage, Ohms, Wattage, and the variable voltage batteries. I was able to learn a lot and troubleshoot a problem I was having with the MVP battery.
I will definitely be back!

This is so far the nicest shop I have been into by far.
The selection is great soooo many to choose from.
If you know what your looking for they let you look. If you don’t they will gladly show n tell until you find just the right setup. Their juice selection is huge! Tons of testers and so happy to spend the time with you helping you to find just the right taste. Even if it causes them to stay a few miniuts late now thats customer care!
All the people there were very helpful and were quickly able to CORRECTLY answer my questions. I test people.

What an awesome shop! Extremely personable. The staff there is courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgable. This is the type of vape shop you want to go to. They spent a ton of time with us to try all the flavors and get our friend set up with a new VV mod and protank setup.

If I could give 10 stars I would! To start the shop is absolutely beautiful. Clean, neat and organized. Every single employee including the owner Bethany, were friendly, upbeat and super knowledgeable.
I’m new to the vape world and they spent over a hour with me teaching me the differences and allowing me to taste more flavors then I can even remember.
I bought the starter kit and Brian set it up and fought me everything I needed to know. I will never go anywhere else for my vape needs. I highly recommend checking them out !

I tell you guys. TJ and Bethany are best of the best. I have been going to this store for last few months and their customer service is impeccable.
Today, at 7:30 I realized that I was out of e-​liquid and their store closes at 7pm. I called TJ and instead to tell me no, he actually drove back to the store, re-​opened the store to give me the e-​liquid.

AMAZING!!! There is only one way to describe this place and that is it.
I have toured a bunch of the stores in AZ, and this one is by far the best. The most open, clean and bright layout I have seen! They have almost anything you could be looking for as far as hardware and their juice selection is way beyond anything I have seen yet.
They have a complete and separate «Bar» area for tasting, which is exactly how it should be. You are given numerous menus from all the different Juice makers, none of which are the usual main ones you find every where else. And then something even better happens, you are personally assisted as you sit there and enjoy flavors until you find what you are looking for, and it isn’t a pushy sales thing but a rather a friendly discussion about what you are into and suggestions to try something unique.
So yes try this place, and then don’t go anywhere else! They have it down to a science here as to how to treat a customer right! I am glad I came by and will be back soon. (And for sure I want to buy to ProVari, but that will have to wait…)
