Is the Food & Beverage Manager at Mulligan’s «Your Neighborhood Bar and Grill.» Jay has been part of the team since 2012 and with his love for golf and passion for great food it’s the perfect combination. As a former executive chef Jay brings unique dishes while elevating the Par of the of golf course club house dinning. Jay stays true to Mulligans atmosphere with affordable prices and his laid back personality, with a laugh you can hear form the kitchen.
