Mike’s Complete Auto Service

Had a very bad experience at this shop. went into this shop because i used this shop when it was Parcells that i had a great experience.
I showed mike what parts Ford said needs replacement, he gave me a price and i told him to do it so i can save some money.
i returned to pick car up and the price went up, his answer was ill give you a free oil change. went to pull car out and didnt even leave the driveway when i heard a load thump. he but back on lift said nothing wrong. i was driving home car was all over the road and i thought ill loose control. called mike when i got home telling him i will not give the car to my wife to drive, his answer was hes very busy this is on friday and cant look at on saturday said bring it in monday and leave it. Really not about the safety of anyone driving the car.
The parts that needed replacement was then needed to have wheel alignment. i had car towed to a discount tire shop near my house on saturday late. he showed me a photo of the bolt that was so loose could have lost control. i gave the tire shop $ 60 + $ 60 towing. I returned back on monday to mikes and showed mike the reciept from shop that showed what was wrong. his answer was heres $ 60 and im firing worker Not!
just had new tires put on because tires were wearing on the side. after picking up car from costco tires i brought car to Car Guy on chandler blvd chandler and after they finished alignment he said it was far out, that he never seen this happen after having it done only months before. i couldnt prove that ot was from a (Bolt Loose U think !

O free Oil Change in the garbage

My window mechanism didn’t work, window was always down (not fun in AZ in late April) my AC blower didn’t work and I needed an Oil Change.
They got me right in.
They were fair, did exactly what they said and I am very happy with the results.
Mike is a good man… only been there once but seems very nice.

Stopped in today for an oil change. Quick friendly service at a very affordable price. I’ll definitely return.

I love this shop!!! I’ve come in for many different issues with my car and have always gotten the work done at the time and rate promised. The front is clean, comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They’ve even given me a ride home from the shop several times! I would (and do) recommend Mike’s to anyone who needs automotive repair.
