If you’re able, avoid this location. There is one very sweet and friendly woman at the front desk who I’ve enjoyed to have help me, but there is another who is very rude(blonde woman with red highlights), even to elderly. Also, not only is she rude to patients, but she is constantly barking orders to her colleague. This type of behavior always turns me off to a business – employees should not be condescending toward their colleagues in front of patients, it reflects poorly on the business and their training of staff. My first time at this location, I was not permitted to wait anywhere else while my glucose test went on – this is a bit of an issue for me because I’m not supposed to be around children or elderly due to being in-immune to rubella. Instead, I was forced to sit in a packed waiting room for an hour and risk my life and my baby’s(which I made clear to the staff who disregarded my needs completely). The phlebotomist’s at this location also seem to be generally inexperienced and/or students, which doesn’t help make an unpleasant experience any better.

Had THEBEST experience this morning taking my toddler(21 months) to have her blood drawn! We arrived at 7:10 or so. Although the office was hard to find, it was entirely my fault for not knowing the building number or suite. So once I looked at that information everything was a breeze! When we went inside it was completely empty. The 4 names on the sign in sheet had already been highlighted and seen. We signed in and sat down. My daughters name was called right away. I didn’t catch the name of either women who helped us but they were incredible! Especially with an upset little girl. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. I DEFINITELY recommend this location to anyone and everyone! We will only go here when lab work needs to be done.

Finding this office in the centre it’s located is a show! Got there on time but spent 7 minutes trying to find the office. There is more than one«buidling #3.» My 10:15AM appointment was dwlayed by 45 minutes. They took others without appointments that showed up after me the same time they took me back to draw my blood. I asked the lady to not dig in my vein before she went in through my hand, but she did anyway. Not the best patient care. Getting blood drawn of course isn’t fun, but it hurt worse than it should’ve. The one thing I did appreciate it that the waiting room; it looked clean, and offered plenty of seating. They insisted on taking my credit card for future payment in case my insurance didn’t cover the full bill. I asked a second gal working and she said it wasn’t a mandate, so I requested they get rid of my cc information, which they obliged and shredded the info. They also don’t give you prior notice of the automatic debit/cc payment draw. This place just wants to help themselves, not the patients they are serving. But, my insurance covers me to visit here and I didn’t have much of a choice for location. Hoping I won’t have to make another visit here!

It seems it does not really make a difference to whether you walk in or make an appointment at this location. I’m already 20 minutes past my appointment time and people who walked in after me have been called in first. Staff is professional but not at all friendly.

Avoid this location. The staff is very rude and impatient. They seem unable to look into patient records from even three months ago. An example of the staffs attitude follows: Employee: «I need to put a credit card on file in case Medicare doesn’t cover your whole lab cost.» Customer: «Are you going to send me an bill or how am I going to know that my card was charged?» Employee: «Well if your account shows a charge from LabCorp than we charged the balance to your card. That is how you can know.»
