I came in with my hair fried! It was so damaged so I decided to get a haircut. I showed Cheryl my pictures of what I was aiming for and she did awesome to accommodate to my needs! She is so nice and so sweet, I felt comfortable and did not feel awkward. I like that she suggests what to do but doesn’t pressure you. So glad I found Cheryl!

Went from platinum box color and fried out to stunning caramel, blonde and chocolate color. Beautiful cut! I never have to worry about flat hair anymore because it lays beautifully with a few curls. Love love love Kim’s work! I come all the way from central Phoenix to get my cut and color from Kim. She even taught me how to curl it perfectly every time. Great stylist and listens to your concerns and teaches techniques.

Mock is and amazing hair dresser. I always leave here feeling like a super model .She can cut and color like a holwood top hair designer.

I have been going to Guy & Gal Salon for about 4 years and have always had the best outcome with my hair. I have been here for cuts, color and I just got my hair done here for my wedding and they have done an amazing job each time. Mock is so personable and always knows exactly what I want done with my hair. Even when I don’t know what I want she’ll give the best suggestions on what would look best. Great area, clean salon, friendly team and reasonable prices. I HIGHLY suggest this salon, you will not be disappointed!

Cheryl started doing my hair a couple years ago and gives me a great look every time. I won’t go anywhere else now. All the stylists are fantastic though, so stop in even if you can’t get booked with Cheryl.

Everyone here is really personable. I have been here multiple times for colorings and cuts and I’ve never had a problem. I’m a perfectionist when it comes to my hair and it’s color so I’m glad that if there’s anything I’m not super happy about, which will be minor things, it’s easy for me to let them know and they’re always glad to fix it. I, personally, go to Mock for my hair because with my particular kind of hair (Asian hair which happens to be extremely stubborn and fragile) she is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. I recently went blonde from dark brown hair and I’m in love! I definitely recommend Guy and Gal Salon.

I have a couple family members that go here and recommended it to me. Such a great salon! I’ve never gotten my hair professionally dyed and I went here to get something DRASTIC after not doing anything to my hair for so long. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the prices are reasonable. I paid $ 115 not including the tip which isn’t bad considering my hair is very long down my back and I did a two color ombré and a cut. Everyone is amazingly friendly and I didn’t feel awkward at all being in there. Mock did my hair first, which turned out great, but it was a little red for my liking and I wanted it a deeper color. I called the next day to let Mock know, and I came in today completely free of charge to get it fixed to my liking. Elizabeth did my hair when I came back because Mock was with another client which I was skeptical about at first but Elizabeth did SUCH a great job with the color and giving me tips on how to care for my new burgundy/​blonde style. Overall, staff is amazing and very accommodating and I will be coming back when I need my hair redone!

Love this place!!! Cheryl has been cutting and coloring my hair for the last 3 years and does a great job! She’s great at recommending what you should and shouldn’t do with your hair if you are cutting or coloring your hair!

I was there for the first time yesterday. I received a gift certificate for my birthday from a friend that has gone here for years. I was EXTREMELY impressed! She did not try to fight my calick to go a different way, she cut my hair to lay as it normally does. It took no more than 25 — 30 minutes for a consult, wash, cut and style. I love the cut and my husband even loves it. (this from a man that never gets excited about my haircuts) I will be going back!

Great place! Always friendly and more than willing to fit in a walk in. Even last minute appointments have been accommodated. My kids love the stylist and I’m happy with the service and prices!
FYI… They are at a new location. Southeast corner of Gilbert Rd and Chandler Blvd.

The stylists here are great! Prices are reasonable. Guys are more than welcome, they get a free wash with cut, which is perfect for getting a cut in the middle of the day!
Closed Mondays like most salons, but you can make an appointment for any other day or just walk in
