Pretty horrible when the store says it closes at 6pm but at 5:40pm they decided to close early an when i asked at the door what time she they close she says early an walks away. Never go here again.

This place has the nuttiest lady-​came here to see if anyone had the same experience with worst customer sales person ever! It was an SNL skit! She calls herself a nutrionist and throws out random words shes heard of, None of which makes sense. Apparently my medication’s all wrong, I know nothing about my own health and JUPITER, Mars and Mercury’s alignment are why I have health issues! will never step foot in there again. hostage for 30 minutes! All I wanted was protein powder. left w/​o buying bc it was all too looney toons. Will never step foot in here again. Go to another location– trust me!!!

Lost my business… Manager in the back had too much unwarranted advice and comments about my health, ankles medicine. I’m angry with myself for entertaining the conversation that long. She asked me what I ate for lunch (I was shopping for supplements and protein shakes etc) I said I only have 30 minutes for lunch and I came here and didn’t eat. she shot back WELL THATS YOUR PROBLEM RIGHT THERE… this lady went on and on about what she thought I should take and swaying me away from what I came in for. She would not shut up… I was overwhelmed, turned and walked out… she raised her voice as I got closer to the door HEY YOU’RE AN ADULT YOU CAN TAKE WHAT YOU WANT… I WAS JUST TRYING TO HELP YOU! so much more to the conversation but I’m on my cellphone. And all this coming from a 60 year old woman that bragged about her recent 200 lb weight loss. Is that why your old ass had to school me from a chair…(she was sitting in what looked like a small office) and didn’t have enough customer service skills to get up… plus the salesman was helping me til she chimed in. After putting my frustration about this on FB, I’ve learned that shaming and bullying seems to be their MO

I wouldnt give them one star if possible. The sales associate that «helped» us exhibited terrible customer service skills, mispronounced ingredients in one of the products and continuously talked about how she has lost 230 lbs. She was not very helpful and overall uninformed.

They sell some neat stuff but most of it is overpriced. Always a good idea to use their $ 10 off $ 20 coupon or wait for their online sales.
Tip: If you like protein bars, do try their Quest bars. In store price was $ 33 per box and online sale came to $ 21 a box. Go figure!

First and last time in this store this afternoon. The clerk behind the counter complained about the customer who left as I was coming in and then proceeded to lecture me about my desired supplements. She lost over $ 150 sale today and many more in the future as this store is on my way home but I will go out of my way for better customer service.

Not very hard to find, clean and stocked as all GNC stores are, but the sales girl seemed to have limited knowledge about the products. I feel that a store in this field should have employees who actually know something about the products that they are selling to the public. I am aware that in this day and age, that is something that is not commonplace, but still reduces my rating to only 2 stars!
