Fluff It Gourmet Marshmallows has reinvented an american classic, the marshmallow! We specialize in giving you the BIGGEST and FLUFFIEST best tasting gourmet marshmallows around. Our new Marshmallow Shop has a full S’mores Bar where you choose a s’mores off the menu and we build it and toast right there on the spot, packaged flavored marshmallows, marshmallow pops and much more!

History

Established in 2013.

We started making our gourmet marshmallows from a home kitchen for friends and family. Soon our marshmallows were in demand so in August 2013 we ran a successful Kickstarter campaign (online fundraising website) and doubled our goal! This gave us the funds we needed to start an online store, stat shipping across the USA and reach our local community at various farmers markets in Arizona.

After a few months, local news and magazines started publishing our gourmet marshmallows and pretty soon we had to find a location. We are now operating a small location in Gilbert AZ and hope to expand in the near future. We still offer our marshmallows online for shipping but now we also offer America’s 1st and only operating S’mores Bar and shop fully dedicated to everybody’s favorite treat, the marshmallow!

Business Owner

Tricia has always loved local small owned coffee and bakery shops. Growing up in Albuquerque, New Mexico she frequented a local shop that offered a bounty of sweets with a great cup of joe. Customers lined up and hung out to read, do homework, socialize or just people watch (this was before the internet!) She has always held on to the warm and positive feelings of that local coffee shop and hoped one day she could create her own.

Fast forward 15 years, Tricia was challenged by a friendly work competition at her full-​time job to create a homemade treat made of marshmallows. Instead of buying marshmallows from the store, she researched how to make a homemade marshmallow. Her attempt although not the prettiest, did win her the competition and started a love affair for these fluffy treats!

Tricia’s has truly perfected her marshmallow recipe and the business has grown quickly. On August 8, 2014 and Tricia and her partner, Hazel Arce opened the first Marshmallow Café in the USA.

This place is amazing. I love supporting local businesses. I ordered some marshmallow Peep pops and they were awesome. Fresh, yummy and absolutely adorable. I highly recommend any of their products — they are all wonderful. Check out their website for shipping if you don’t make it out to the east valley very often. They are awesome! I will be ordering custom ones for my son’s birthday. :-)

OH MY GEEZE, my mouth has died and gone to marshmallow heaven!!! Fabulous fluffy flavorful marshmallows galore! Naked Fluff, Fluff N Stuff, Chocolate dipped Fluff, Cookie Fluffs, and other Stuffs, Marshmallow Pops, Custom Pops, S’mores on a cracker, S’mores on a cookie, S’Mores in a bowl, need I say more?!
Choose from their menu or create your own, watching them toast your marshmallows is part of the fun! You can eat the entire graham cracker bowl down to the crumbs!
The first time I went in I had the marshmallow oatmeal cookie, it was melt in your mouth sticky goodness. Little Debbie might as well close up shop, she’s got nothing on these guys. I also had their coconut mocha coffee, strong and delicious! I grabbed a banana split cake pop to go (free with your Unilocal check in) and my princess loved it! We’ve since been back and each had a S’Mores bowl, she had the German chocolate, perfect for the chocolate lover and I had the seasonal pumpkin bowl. The pumpkin bowl was drizzled in caramel, a dream come true of flavor! This time I chose the coconut macaroon gourmet pop for my freebie check in offer, delectable! It was a double win for me that day!
The shop is a bit on the small side with the sign a little hard to see but everything is made there and the service is as sweet as the treats!

I don’t often get these wonderful treats but I first tasted them when these were made at home and brought to the office by a relative of the owner. They were awesome then and they have expanded the offerings and grown immensely. A business owned by hard working women and treats that taste out of this world. Now if I could only get them to open a store here in Phoenix so I could enjoy all of those wonderful goodies!!!

Holy hell, that’s good marshmallow!
Saw a piece about FiM in Phoenix Magazine and here on Unilocal!Since it’s our daughter’s birthday, we said «A-​OK» when she expressed the want to visit to celebrate. Glad we did!
The shop is a small one in a strip shopping center. Very nicely done and welcoming. Provided you’re not diabetic, it smells like heaven walking into the store. It was followed shortly thereafter by a bunch of «Oooohs» and «Aaaahs» from the kiddos. And my wife. I just Unilocaled softly with delight.
The young ladies working the store were super friendly and explained more about marshmallow cuisine that I knew existed. They were uberfriendly with our little ones, as well. When they heard there was a birthday being celebrated, they even gave her a free mallowpop. How cool is that?
The dessert cups you create are like a frozen yogurt bar. But with a marshmallow theme. All flavors we got were enjoyed and shared. There was not a single tinge of disappointment.
Beware: This stuff is addictive and the Mallowpie I ate the following day is the best one I ever had. Soft graham + decadent milk chocolate + soft and toasted marshmallow… [insert Cookie Monster noise, here].

I am so so pleased with my experience at Fluff It! I’d seen them at farmers market and have followed the instagram for over a year and finally tried out the shop. I took my sister and our friends there who had never heard of it.
It is a tiny little shop tucked away! The sign made it fairly easy to find from the street though. It is really cute! I like all the décor and wooden signs and such. We decided we had to try out the smores bar. I had definitely never seen anything like that before! We got two and all shared them, was more than enough for the four of us. The super nice lady working there suggested that we get the graham cracker bowl instead of a regular smores, so we took her advice! Glad we did too, seemed to be significantly less messy that way (yet still quite messy). My sister and I shared the pb cup one, which had mini pb cups, chocolate sauce, and peanut butter with a cocoa marshmallow. Our friends shared the brownie one without cherry, and they also loved it. I also like that you can built your own, and you can watch them make it! Wasn’t too overly expensive either. Absolutely delicious too. We were all concerned that the marshmallows would be too sweet and would leave us feeling sick, but it was like the perfect amount of sweetness, just right! Love it!

If you ever wanted to touch the clouds, you can step through their doors and sink your teeth and taste heavenly bliss. I stumbled across this gem looking for an alternative client gift other than wine. Walking in, I felt like the giddiest kid in a candy store. I didn’t have enough time or belly space to try all their flavors, but I highly recommend the Smore’s Pop. Their smore’s jar is the perfect thank you note to brighten someone’s day, not to mention their marshmallow pops would just spread happiness across your face. If they were more geographically desirable, I would frequent here, but they do offer delivery. Stop in, soak up the smiles and delight that wafts their space. It’s like re-​visiting your childhood playground and forgetting adult responsibilities… one soft fluff bursting joy into your day.

Finally got to try this place and it was so yummy! It was our first time and they explained everything to us. The place was a very cute shop. The service was awesome! And the desert was delicious! I loved their frozen hot chocolate. Everything is homemade and They make it right in front of you. Fluff it is a nice place to go for a date night to grab a yummy treat. Can’t wait to go back!

The softest and smoothiest and creamiest and most deliciousiest (I know that’s not a word) marshmallows I have ever tasted!!! All natural ingredients, no yucky corn syrup, made fresh daily in the kitchen you can see from the front, hand cut tiny pillows awaiting your imagination for your very own marshmallow creation!
It’s kinda like a cold stone creamery where you get to pick what goes in your graham cracker bowl or in between homemade cookies but the flavors are all original marshmallows! Seriously I was just so amazed when I walked into the this tiny confectionary, not fully understanding the plethora of flavors that fluff can be crafted. Fluffy pops, fluffy oatmeal cream pies, fluffy pies, bite size fluffy cakes, packs of fluff, so much fluffy I could die!!! :p (10 points if you know hay reference)
The world of mallows will forever change once you can your paws on some of these puft clouds of heaven.

I love unique local shops to support and this is exactly how I want them. The staff is very friendly, we have brought in every out of town guest we’ve had the last year to Fluff It and they have all been impressed. Some of our friends ordered the birth announcement marshmallows from here and they were a hit all across the country (not one of the recipients lived west of Minnesota.
The prices are perfect too, my favorite is the horchata flavor, its uncanny and awesome.

This place brings my favorite childhood treat back to life!
When you first walk in, the space is small but decorated beautifully. To the right you are greeted by gourmet marshmallow treats for on the go. Straight ahead you are welcomed to a s’more making bar. Except you don’t have to worry about burning yourself.
At the s’more making bar you can choose from their giant list of gourmet marshmallow concoctions. I ordered the peanut butter cup and my fiancé ordered the Elvis. They make it right in front of you and you can take it to go as well. They were absolutely delicious and I loved the homemade graham cracker crust. Great quality!
They offer cold brews as well as blended drinks. The mocha has a mix of hot cocoa with espresso. The top has the most amazing marshmallow fluff that is lightly toasted. This drink was delicious though sometimes it took a bit to melt.
The customer service is amazing. You can tell they take pride in what they make and can answer all your questions with ease. This was my first visit and it definitely won’t be my last.
Don’t forget to check in for a gourmet pop as well. Now go enjoy a delicious treat made of awesomeness!

Fluff It is one of those hidden gems you visit with out of town guests to impress them. Its the place you take your kids for their birthday treat. And most of all, it’s where you slip away for a seeet treat while the kids are in school so you dont have to share!
A small little shop, it packs a punch both in variety and flavor. Everything is hand crafted, and you can tell that the ladies all take pride in their shop. Will definitely be back.

The first time I tried their delicious marshmallow was at Chandler farmers market. After discovering how tasty it was, I went back to it the next month looking for them. They never showed up again. Feeling sad and had no way of finding what had happened, my friend found them on Unilocal a year later. I was overjoyed and we immediately went there to check out the store the same weekend. One of my friends were having a potluck and we purchased 7 different types from the menu. Our guests ended up loving it.
Next time I prefer to eat in when the marshmallow was still hot and melted. See you guys again soon!!!

It’s hard not to like anything from this shop selling delectable, fluffy, marshmallows. A friend bought an assorted variety of desserts from here and they were all amazing. The bowls are the perfect amount of graham cracker crust with marshmallow and various toppings. My favorite was the bowl with cherries and brownies. The «naked» marshmallows are great on their own as well. I’ll definitely stop by here to eat in and stuff my face with soft, pillowy stay-​puft marshmallows (Sans the need for Ghostbusters). ;)
