Established in 2012.

Jason Farrington has been practicing bankruptcy law in Nevada and Arizona for over ten years — most recently as Farrington Law Firm, PLC. In 2012, Farrington Law Firm expanded to add Ryan Hardy, an experienced divorce and family law attorney, to better meet the needs of our clients.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Experience: Jason has been a bankruptcy lawyer for over ten years. He began his career as a law clerk for United States Bankruptcy Judge Robert Clive Jones. He then worked for Piper Rudnick and later DLA Piper — the largest law firm in the world — where he represented various parties in interest in all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings, including debtors, secured lenders, creditors’ committees, trustees, and asset purchasers. Since 2008, Jason has focused his practice on representing individual and small business debtors in bankruptcy.

Education: Jason earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Nevada — Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law after receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Southern Utah University. As an undergraduate, Jason was one of the founding members of the Center for Politics and Public Service. In law school, Jason served as Articles Editor of the Nevada Law Journal.
