Had to pick up a rental on 9−18−15
The dealership brought me over to this location as my car needed to have repairs done at the GMC dealership.
Only one employee working named Devirocs. Seemed to have quite a few people ahead of me and he did bring that to my attention. The process in getting to each customer seemed like a very long.
Extremely poor /​prolonged customer service and extended wait time. It took over an hour to get my rental and I never even noticed ALL these «other customers» that were suppose to be before me? Ended up with a Honda Sonata– Economy Car.
The sales rep & I did a walk through around this vehicle to make sure it was in good condition prior to leaving. Sales associate tried to «up sell» me on additional coverages (that are already covered by my insurance company). I explained that my insurance company covers those fees and then he: «Yes, some do and some don’t»?. I feel this is a way for this business to get more money –if customers are unaware of what ALL their insurance companies cover for rentals; they want to tack on more. So «Buyer Beware»!
A few hours after having the vehicle Devirocs called me needing to know what the reference number was off the key chain?
Car was good, service was lacking and associates trying to «up sell»: discouraging. Sorry, with that experience only three stars.
