Encore Nail & Spa

The name has changed, so I’m guessing ownership has too. Either way I have enjoyed the service and the facility. I would come back!

My apt was for 9am today (Thursday). I arrived 5 minutes early. No one was there yet so I stood outside against wall.
At 9:02 a car pulled up to drop someone off. It was Diane. She quickly opened the door but did not greet me. In fact she walked right in and didn’t hold the door open. Hmmm
I went in and she was getting things ready, turning on a/​c (whew it was warm in there) turning on the TV.
She sat me down right away and began working on my nails. I did say I wanted my nails clipped so they are all even as i had a couple broken, but she forgot to ask me what shape i wanted and automatically did them square even though i have rounded nails. They look fine so I’m not mad.
She kept glancing outside. Turns out her employee was also running late. I doubt this is the norm. We all have rough days and apparently I came on a day that was a rough morning for everyone there.
Her employee showed up about 20 minutes later and I was moved to another station to be worked on by that girl BC Diane’s appointment had just walked in.
I didn’t catch this girls name but she was very friendly and carried on the conversation.
As Diane worked on her client I could hear her carrying on a conversation. It seems once everyone is settled in they are more relaxed and easy going.
I’d like to give them another try, hopefully on a better day.
The shop is clean and appears fairly new. She has it beautifully decorated with chandeliers and plants.

Diane is a wonderful professional nail technician, with great ideas and does amazing work. The shop was clean with nice calming music playing. I came in and was seated quickly which is very refreshing! I would recommend everyone trying this salon out.

So happy to find out that the shop has new owners and the shit techs are gone… Bravo Encore for realizing that quality work and good customer service go hand in hand. Plus, if past clients had any issues they will be more than happy to fix and make right. If anyone was unhappy before, give em a second chance. You owe them that much…

This place was awesome! I walked in and they were able to take me right away! They had a very relaxing atmosphere. Great customer service! They were so friendly and made me feel very comfortable! I will definitely be going back!

The nails I got done look great. They’re even, shiny, and the french tip lines are straight and centered. Plus, I paid $ 5 less than I’d pay at my former salon.
The 2 stars is for the service. I was told it would be a twenty minute wait; twenty minutes turned into about an hour. The TV was blaring a sports game, it wasn’t a very relaxing atmosphere for a spa. Plus, the employees only spoke to each other, including the lady doing my nails. They spoke in a different language, so I just had to sit there awkward and alone.
I would recommend this place because, as I said before, the work done is beautiful. However, if you want a friendly, relaxing experience, you might want to go somewhere else.

Great day at Encore. Mani pedi gel and eyebrows all looking pretty. I love this new salon management and Diane my go to person for all things nails.

Really disappointed with this place. This was my first time here and they did my entire pedicure (I always get my nails done so that I can have a cute design) then told me they could only do a flower on my toe. When I asked them what else they could do or to suggest something the woman was very rude and practically yelled at me about the fact that they don’t do designs. I’m sorry but I have NEVER a been to a nail place that can’t do a design on my toe! And on top of not being able to do it they made me so uncomfortable I left without even letting my nails dry. I will never be going back here for sure.

When I moved 15 miles away from this neighborhood, it didn’t occur to me that this place would be difficult to beat, but the folks here are great, their work is excellent, and everything is clean with nice chairs.
After more than a year of trying to find a nail salon as nice in my new neighborhood (and I’ve tried many), I have accepted the fact that I’ll just have to get back here as often as I can… even planning my errands on a route that includes a stop here!

Amazing Job!!! My daughter and two nieces got acrylic nails with designs and they all turned out great! Took 2 hrs and 15 minutes for 3 acrylic sets, 2 pedicures and 2 gel manicures. Very friendly and reasonable.

The worst pedicure I have ever had. Their $ 20 pedicure hot stone massage is a joke! When the nail tech scrubbed my food with the pumice scrubber, she completely skipped my heels! She only did the bottom of my feet which are soft and missed the most important part. When it came to the massage, all she did was briskly put lotion on my leg and squeezed my toe, there was not massaging at all! Then when it came to the hot stones, she briskly rubbed them on my foot but still, no massage! It was so fast and NOT relaxing one bit. It was not crowded and there was only 1 person waiting for a pedicure. I was done before the woman sitting next to me who started way before I did! There were also 5 nail techs so honestly, there was no reason to rush because they were staffed an only 1 person waiting! I am not really sure what I paid for, I will never go back to this joke of a salon and suggest that if you want a relaxing experience and to actually get your moneys worth, go somewhere else.

This was my first time there and I had a great experience. I got a fill with gel polish and it was only $ 25!!! They are very friendly and the salon is very clean. I will for sure be back.

This place was great! It was very inexpensive for everything they included. The chairs were FANTASTIC and the ladies did a very good job. I noticed that quite a few of the other patrons were regulars, always a good sign. There were not as many nail polish colors as I have seen at other places, they also tried to up sell you on every thing but regardless, I will certainly be back. I recommend making an appointment, as the wait was a bit long. Overall it was a very good experience.

I’m not big on writing reviews so I’ll keep it short; great job, nice people and will definitely be back to get my fill.

Me and cousin are here from California, for spring training and wanted to get our nails done so we decided to come here, it was a very good decision! They are really friendly, sanitary, reasonably priced and do very good work. I would highly recommend this nail salon

This place is extremely sanitary and professional. Very soothing and relaxing as they play light classical music and do not have a bunch of TVs around the spa. I only get pedicures, this is the only place I go for that service. The staff is always very sweet and extremely thorough and meticulous when I’m having my pedicure service as they always do such an amazing job. If I cant get in every couple of weeks my pedicure literally lasts a month. I recommend Encore Nail and Spa to all my friends and clients. Even though I do not have any nail services (acrylics), when I am having my pedicure service I always hear compliments from the clients who are having this service done.

Best nail salon EVER! I do not and will not go anywhere else! Clean, fairly priced, friendly, accommodating, and full of talent!
