E and E Pool Service and Repair LLC

Our pool pump was so loud it could wake the dead! We called Arnold and he agreed to swing by while we were at work and give us his opinion and estimate. He was prompt and got right back to us with his diagnosis. We decided to change out the motor and he was here the next day at 7:30 sharp! He is reasonable with his price, his guys were polite and skilled and by 9 am we had a new pump! We are happy and I’m sure our neighbors are happy too!

We had the PebbleTech repaired around our spa last week. We also had a bar installed near the pool area for attachment of exercise equipment. Arnold was very quick to respond and was able to even quote based on pictures (and the quote didn’t change once he saw it in person!). I’m busy so anything that limits extra appointments is great with me. They were ready to do the repair right away but the bar I wanted required some additional time. I was thrilled to find them because I had called about a dozen people/​companies prior to finding E and E on Unilocal.They either didn’t return my call or said they weren’t interested in just a small repair. And the repair looks FANTASTIC. Mark did a wonderful job and even came back and treated it with a common pool acid the next day to create even more of a blend with the old pebble tech. We can barely tell where the repair is and only because we «know» — no one else could tell at all. Definitely ask Arnold to schedule you with Mark! And, the exercise bar seems to be anchored until the end of time — great job there as well. Even though we only had a small repair this time — E and E will be our first call on any upcoming work big or small.

I have E and E pool service my pool for a year. I am very impressed with the customer service and the quality of our pool. ashley is our tech she is friendly, knows her stuff and is always so nice to my three kids. she has even came when we swimming and worked around us to makr sure we were having fun. arnold the owner is very nice he even stopped in just to check on us. highly reccomend!

I’ve used E&E for about a year and have had no issues. I don’t see them often because I’m at work during the day but my pool is always clean and I’ve never had any problems. The few techs I have met are always pleasant. They even fixed my auto filler when it stopped working. I would highly recommend E&E.

Since my previous review, the owner came by my home to discuss what happened, and is refunding me for my experience. I appreciate his effort to make things right, and I hope that he addresses the issues we discussed.

E & E has done work for us throughout the years and helped solve proplems when we had them and helped with a few pool replaster’s also and bet the other estimates each time. I would recommend them for pool service as they have never let us down

I have used «E and E Pool Service» for my pool cleaning service for some time now. They are excellent! They come every week and keep our pool in great shape. Our service guy is very personable and takes the time to explain questions my husband has for him. I would recommend E and E if you are looking for pool cleaning and/​or pool repairs.

Great reliable company. Paul does a great job on my pool maintenance. He is a very hard worker and friendly guy. He is very helpful and answers all my questions. We just had him clean our filters, drain our pool, and do a chlorine wash and our pool looks amazing. Very professional company with great prices. The owner is also very helpful and quick to respond back to you.

I am extremely happy with the customer service and overall service provided by E&E. I needed my pool drained, power washed and acid washed. They also cleaned my 4 pool filter cylinders and laid new chemicals after I refilled. Their pricing was lower than 2 other local crews that I got estimates from. They did a timely job, were clean and professional.

My previous pool guy let my rental pool turn to a not so nice pool. Algae along the side, mucky, and dirt along the bottom. I saw E & E pools and called them over to see what they could do. Arnold was awesome, he came over right away and let me know what I needed to do to get it up to par. They are friendly and forthright with what the problem is and when doing a repair he keeps you informed of all the work. I recommend them for repairs and maintenance. My pool shines all the time now!

We are renters but have a pool service — and the management company hires them. We had a previous pool service that was poor compared to E&E. E&E takes the time to scrub the pool and service it appropriately. The prior pool service just showed up, emptied the pool filter basket and dropped in two tablets in the floating device — in and out in 5 minutes. E&E spends at least 15 to 20 minutes each week or more. I would highly recommend.

My first review about this company was not a very good one, but due to fact that the owner has reached out to me and made an honest effort to correct the issues at hand I am taking my review down in good-​faith and replacing it with this one. I’m have high hopes that from here on out things will remain high level, and that someone will show up on their target dates. We have had no other issues with E&E thus far and I expect it to remain that way.

Great to work with so far. I talked with 4 pool companies in the area. This guy was the only one who truly does it all. I look forward to seeing if his service is half as good as his attitude. If that is the case I will be thrilled!
His rates for full service also are $ 15.00 less than the rest… Saving me $ 180.00 a year!
