Dynamic Rehab has operated in the East Valley since July of 2001 treating a wide range of pre and post surgical orthopedic injuries, specializing in physical therapy and hand rehabilitation. The company is therapist owned and operated to ensure the highest level of care. Using state of the art treatment, equipment and modalities, Dynamic Rehab assists or patients in achieving their optimal functional abilities. We take pride in our high quality of care that includes one-​on-​one intervention in a comfortable atmosphere that encourages positive outcomes. With offices in Tempe and Gilbert, Dynamic Rehab offers our patients convenient locations close to home and work. Dynamic Rehab was founded with patient results in mind; our number one priority is successful personal rehab outcomes. The company’s goal is to treat each patient as an individual with respect and professionalism, while assisting them as quickly as possible back to optimal functional abilities.

Annette attended Dominican College in Orangeburg, NY, graduating with her BS in Occupational Therapy in 1991. She chose to focus on hand rehabilitation while living and working in Connecticut. Annette relocated to Arizona in 1998 where she has continued to specialize in hand and upper extremity injuries and earned her CHT designation. Annette is also an owner and founder of Dynamic Rehab.
