Awesome service from start to finish. We selected the ‘complete two part pest service’ to help ease our minds with the few roaches/​earwigs that we found in the house along with scorpions outside our house. The first appointment, the tech was on time, professional, considerate and answered every question that we had. He was very thorough with spraying inside and outside our home, reached every crick and cranny. When he was done he explained what he found and what to expect, well done. The follow up spray two weeks later was just as thorough. Different Tech but just has good, on time and very considerate (I work from home and was in a meeting). Thank you so much!

Have used multiple pest control services as well as doing it myself throughout the years and through a recommendation decided to try out Bryant Pest Control from a friend.
Decided on the month to month cycle several months ago (no contract and no pushy sales). Bruce came out and was awesome in explaining what chemicals he was using and what to expect after the initial treatment and follow-​up treatment (used to break the breeding cycle).
I haven’t seen much activity outside since I’ve started using Bryant (similar to when I did it myself) and we I see and uptick in activity outside the in between services are no charge (awesome!).
Bruce even took down cobwebs and webs we have sometimes and is very punctual.
Will continue using Bryant Pest Control as they’re awesome and Bruce is fantastic.

While their prices are good, I have a warning for all pet owners. After they sent a new technician to spray my dog began experiencing strange symptoms, face and eyes swelling, etc and I thought she might pass away. I later found out from another pest control company that the concentrations that the technician used for some of the solutions was way too high for safe use around pets. Just saying.

They were quick to answer and resolve our sudden bee infestation on the front of our house. I was travelling at the time, so my wife came home to a thousand bees swarming the front door. They did a fantastic job getting rid of the bees and closing the section of the stucco where the hive was. I can’t speak for pricing as I didn’t really shop around much because of the time sensitive urgency, but it was worth it in my opinion.

Craig is the man!!! Craig sprayed our house and backyard where he found 9 scorpions! He promised the next time he came back there would be one or less. He sprayed again today and not a single scorpion!!! I can now sleep without worrying about those demon creatures. Thank so much Craig!

We love these folks. We have them come monthly and have for several months. We rarely if ever see bug. If we do its flopping pre death. This month after a rain we spotted a mouse of all things in the house. Even though our service was like a couple of weeks away, we called. They came within 2 days and provided the monthly service as well as laying down traps to try and catch this evil varmit. (We hope its not more) They didnt charge us a nickel over their normal rate. We would recommend Bryant to everyone!

Bryant’s pest control was referred to me by a friend and we’ve been using them for about 3 months now. Craig has been nothing short of amazing. He’s explained where the bugs hide and what areas of the house we need to seal up. Since using their service, we have seen less bugs and are almost to the point where we are at 0. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service that we have received. If you do end up using them, ask for Craig.

I am so glad to have found this company! We’ve had Bryant Pest Control come out to our home for the past four years. We love that they don’t require any long term contracts and that they deliver excellent service for a very reasonable price. We always ask for AJ because he does a fantastic job and is pleasure to talk to! Happy customer for over 8 years now. I have used Bryant for my previous home in Gilbert and now in Chandler. I recommend them to everyone who needs pest control. They are always quick, friendly and awesome. We occasionally find a roach or a scorpion and I know it’s time to call. I love the no contract/​no pressure policy they have as well. Thanks!

I have been using Bryant Pest Control for around 1.5 years and usually have a good experience, quick responses via phone and email and friendly technicians.
My only complaint is that I’ve had an unfriendly technician a couple of times who actually sprayed the chemical basically in my 25lbs dogs face today. I had to ask him to wait for me to move the dog before he starts spraying the chemicals so that my dog doesn’t get poisoned. It’s not as if I was taking time to move the dog – the guy walked into my house, I walked over to him to ask my question, my dog followed me (as dogs do) and was smelling the guys shoe and he just started spraying the chemical! Have a little courtesy and respect for people’s family members!
I will be calling the company today to request them to never dispatch this tech to my house again, he is not welcome here if he cannot be a little friendly and respect my pets
Finally — Bruce is awesome. He is always friendly and stops to say «hi» to my dog for a few minutes before or after spraying the house.
UPDATE — I called the company and they were indeed apologetic for the employees behavior and offered a refund on this months service and to speak with the owner about the incident. This is why I keep using Bryant :) One bad employee doesn’t sour the entire company, and luckily I’ve had a long history with them to know that!
And yes, my pup is still alive and well :)

Love Bryant! No contract and no pressure. They came out after we saw our first scorpion in our house since we moved in 3 years ago. Price was reasonable, they arrived on time, and were very thorough. I was impressed by the guy and there was no odor which was a concern for me. We use them at my office every month and I would never use anyone else!

Great company! We have used them at our home for over 3 years! Unlike most pest companies, they don’t make you commit to a monthly agreement but they do make a monthly courtesy call to see if you are ready for them to come out again (which is very much appreciated). We have two dogs so it’s really important to us to keep them safe but that’s also a priority for BPC. =)
Most recently, I came home to a bee swarm in the street in front of my house. I immediately called Bryant Pest Control in a panic. The bee specialist got right on the phone and guided me through the process. He mentioned that it wasn’t necessary for him to come out because he has been to my home numerous times and knows that my property doesn’t have a «home» for bees. He said they would most likely just be passing through but if I still saw them within the next 2 – 3 days, I should call back. He was absolutely right… they were gone within the hour and I wasn’t charged for that information or told that I needed an «emergency visit» with a premium price. They are good people and we are happy to support their business! Thanks for all you do!

Bryant Pest Control is great… the treatment they use definitely keeps the bugs away! I’ve been using them for years and always had great service. We don’t usually have them come on a regular basis and we love the fact that we don’t have to… they are not pushy about getting you on a plan. Every few months is enough to keep the bugs away for us.

Just went through their initial 2-​part treatment. I had Bruce both times and felt good about the job that he did and the information he provided.
Definitely competitive pricing. I like that they’re local, family-​owned. You can tell that they get to know customers and what is important to each. He saw that I had a dog and went through some information on his safety. Also gave me some pointers on what I could do in the nursery we’re assembling to make sure bugs can’t fall/​crawl into baby’s crib. Didn’t have to spend the time to talk through that with me, but was impressed when he did.
I’ll certainly keep using them.

Always do a good job. We haven’t seen any scorpions since we started using them about 1 ½ years ago. Wish I would have used them at our old home! Even if I have a problem, they quickly come back to fix it. I appreciate good customer service and the staff is very friendly to deal with. Recommend them!

I had Bryant Pest Control come out to my house to treat termites. The person that came out to my house was extremely knowledgeable and treated my whole house for termites. After he treated them, he explained what I should expect, and told me how Termidor would work to kill the termites.
The cost of the termite treatment was extremely affordable and came with a 3-​year warranty. I could even extend the warranty if I wanted to for $ 75/​yr. I am very happy with the service and would recommend them to others.
