Above & Beyond Pool Remodeling

Above and Beyond Pool Remodeling recently resurfaced our pool and we are still in disbelief how good it looks, taken from a plaster pool to a pebble sheen surface. Their staff are very professional people from getting quote from Malakai to signing contract with Michael. Great customer service from Denise, good supervision from Ray and the rest of their staff are fast, hardworking, and keen-​to-​details people. I would give more than 5 stars if that option were available and would recommend them to our friends and family here in the valley.

Just had my pool remodeled and Above and Beyond Pool Remodeling took it from a tacky 90’s pool to a desert oasis! I will recommend them every time over and over again. We previously had a quote from another local company that charged hmmm about $ 2000 over for the same thing. There team took us through the entire process and made us feel secure that strangers would be invading our backyard. Thank you to the best pool remodeling company since 1999!

Above and Beyond Pools did an exceptional job with my remodeled pool. I got mini-​pebble and new tile. Pool looks like new. Mike, Gilbert, Ray and team worked diligently and skillfully through the entire process.

if I can give no stars If i could. this company is bad this company makes a date with you to install your pool and cancels the day before, after already having half of your money for the pool install… they do not communicate. they do not tell you who’s coming and when with consistent information. they are incapable of taking multiple jobs because they don’t have enough people and when you asked them to communicate they feel like it’s a threat because you’re asking them too much for consistant information. the compay is not reliable.

After getting several quotes on getting our pool remodeled we decided to go with Above and Beyond Pool Remodeling. They gave us a quote in hand, not one several days later after they went back to the office to work on it. Everything was above board and everyone we dealt with from Diana and Denise in the office, to the work crews and the supervisors were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The workers did a great job and were very conscientious about keeping the yard clean. The pool turned out beautifully and we are very pleased!

I usually only take the time to post a review when I’m unhappy but today is a fantastic exception. I cannot say enough nice things about Mike Sandoval and Above and Beyond Pool. I started out with a quote to have my pool resurfaced — he told me only exactly what I asked and never offered suggestion or «upsold» unless I specifically asked «if this was your yard what would you do». Before the job started I had talked myself into a total pool and decking remodel. (they had no hand in this, all me — it’s what I do!) I’m a very «Type A» personality and they were patient with me from start to finish. Their communication (key to my happiness) is superb and I could not be happier with the results of my pool and my kiddos have already started planning their summer parties!

I’m writing this letter to say thank you for remodeling me such a beautiful pool. I begin my pool interviewing process back in August interviewing different companies and none of them came close to being such a courteous and accommodating as Mike Sandoval of above and beyond pool remodeling. Above and Beyond pool remodeling exceeded my expectations and I absolutely love the look of my pool. They deliver just what they said they would and in the time frame I was given. I’m very please with my pool!
