2 Guyes Garage

coming from a mechanical family, I’m very picky about those who touch my stuff, but these guys have my business. met them through two friends who recommended them, and I’ll continue to recommend them.
These 2 have been working on my Bandit since I got the bike 20,000 miles ago, and it won’t see another mechanic.
set up an appointment or call for emergencies they can always try to fit you in. I’ve had Kyle pick up my bike 3 times now.
last stop in, Adam was nice enough to pull an H2R off the lift to stop and work on my bike, couldn’t thank them enough.
These guyes are good!

After developing some issues with the idle on my ’04 Bonneville someone I know mentioned I Two Guyes is a good independent bike shop & I should give them a try. Called them up and they fit me right in. Turns out Kyle (and a business partner) opened up his own shop after working at AZ Superbike years ago. He wrenched on my Bonnie there for me a couple times and I was always happy with his work.
Kyle did some diagnostics and found she was running very lean. He sunk the carbs and made adjustments and the Bonnie is running great. He also did a safety inspection and discussed some possible performance improvements. He even adjusted my chain tension slightly. Quality work and no padding of labor time like I’ve felt from the dealers.

Let me first say I’ve dealt with my fair share of mechanics, some better than others. I was at my wits end with my current shop (125 hr) assuming you get what you pay for I had no problem with the rate however on this specific situation I was wrong. I felt like time and time again I was always paying more than quoted and at 125 hour it can add up over time. I was venting to my buddy how I felt my current shop did a good job but always felt like I was getting squeezed a little extra each time. Well he recommend 2 Guyes Garage and I can’t thank my buddy enough! Kyle (owner) and Adam (technician) were so friendly and professional I said to myself this is unbelievable I can finally say I’ve found my shop and at 75 dollars an hour I couldn’t be more happy. They were super knowledgable and fixed an issue I was told would cost me 900 dollars and they got it done for 475! If you want and honest, friendly and knowledgeable shop that you can trust do yourself and your bike a favor and give them a call! Your bike and bank account will thank you!!! Best shop experience in have ever had!
I had my motorcycle at two other shops, and neither were able to repair it. Kyle, and Adam looked at it for two days $ 195, and it has been running great for over a month now. These 2 Guyes (ha ha) are very honest, and knowledgable. One of the other shops said they could fix my issue, but had to replace the motor for $ 2500. WTF? Kyle refused to join me in bashing the other shops. He said they won’t talk bad about anyone else they will just talk about how they can help. That’s some integrity that you rarely see anymore. I have found my shop, and I highly recommend them. They are popular, and busy, but do the job correctly, and at a very reasonable price.

Needed work done on my sportbike. I found these guys, and gave them a call.
Kyle came by and picked my bike up, and trailered it to the shop on Tuesday. Great. Kyle told me «We are slammed right now but ill get to your bike by the end of the week.» Fine.
Thursday the following week, I called 2 Guyes to see what progress has been made. Kyle answered the phone. After finding out who I was, Kyle told me he never saved my contact info, therefore could not call me to let me know he had put less than 5 minutes of attention into the bike. He said he needed to check the timing. I told him to go ahead.
Thursday (one week after he told me he was going to check the timing), I called 2 Guyes to see what they had found. I was told Kyle was busy and would call me back shortly to fill me in on what was found. Nobody ever called me back. Friday, no call back.
Saturday (my only day off) I took the time to drive down to the shop to find Adam (nice guy) working all alone. The shop is literally packed with bikes. I find my bike in the pile, and its has been sitting, untouched. Adam stopped the work he was doing on a Yamaha cruiser to talk to me. He wasn’t aware of me, my bike, or the issues I was having with it. I informed Adam that I would be taking my bike elsewhere, since it has been sitting at 2 Guyes for close to a month with no attention. Adam called Kyle. Kyle informed Adam that I owed $ 75.00 for the service that was performed ($ 75.00 to let my bike sit in his shop for 3 weeks). I told Adam that was ridicules, and that I wouldn’t be giving them any money. Adam agreed, and let me take my bike home without a bill (wow, thanks for not charging me for wasting my time)
Overall, They seem like nice guys. They probably do great work. The problem is that they take way too much on at one time. There were an estimated 60+ bikes stacked up, with one guy trying to catch up on all the work needing to be done.
