West Sound Workforce

I’ve worked with West Sound Workforce since 2006 and they have always been great! The placed me with four jobs (2 temp, 2 perm) over the years and whenever I found myself unemployed I always gave them a call. Lynnea and Diana have both interviewed me and are awesome to work with. They are not an employment agency, which I think some people get confused about. But they have always been very prompt in following up with me and are great to work with! I would recommend them to anyone!

Do not waste your time with this place.
This agency is incredibly unorganized and unprofessional. While in for testing I got to know so much about the staff’s personal lives due to the fact they were yelling about it across the building from their respective offices. Due to a Comcast mix up I had to take testing in their office. The staff made it difficult to concentrate with the cackling and loud talking going back and forth, not to mention the constant distraction of the woman at the front desk constantly «checking up» on me. I’ve taken the same test and another agency and scored 25% better. The drop was most definitely due to the unprofessional atmosphere.
When I called the first agent back on Monday, like she asked, she had no idea who I was and had done nothing she promised to me on Wednesday when we met face to face. She assured me everything was fine, she was sending my resume to the three positional employers we discussed, and she would call me as soon as she head something. Come Friday when I heard nothing from this person, I called back to the office to find out that she was out, the main position they were considering me for was filled, one of the other positions she told me about I didn’t qualify for, and the 3^rd position was non-​existent.
This office has huge problems with being professional, communicating to their clients, and out right lying to gain clients. I would not recommend this place to anyone and suggest you find a different agency. There are plenty out there and this one is just not worth it.
