Has there been a change of ownership for this store over the last year? I ask because we took a ring in about 14 months ago and a lovely man fixed it in two hours for very little charge. More recently we took in my wedding ring that had to be sawed off my finger in the ER and wanted it fixed. It was custom made. We even took in some gold jewelry to melt down to help. The lovely man was not there. Instead was a woman and a young man up in the shop fixing things. The attitude was completely different and very off putting. We made the decision never to go back. We were certain there were new owners considering the dramatic rather snobby change in attitude. Comments?

Eric and his staff are the best. I can’t tell people enough how impressed I’ve been with my last two purchases. Both times I was in a rush for a special piece and needed it fast. Not only did they have exactly what I needed but he even gave me a deal as it was slightly out of my price range. Eric is wonderful and very helpful. Today I came in with an engraving need and he took it right away and it will be ready tomorrow! A whole week before Christmas is amazing turn around. Highly recommended using this great company whenever possible!
