Justin H. Piasecki, MD is a double-board certified facial plastic and plastic surgeon. He is also fellowship trained in Mohs surgery, which provides the highest cure rate for most skin cancers.
Dr. Piasecki specializes in Mohs surgery with immediate cosmetic and functional reconstruction, facial plastic surgery and body contouring procedures.
Dr. Piasecki operates at Harbor Plastic Surgery Center, a boutique ambulatory surgery center in Gig Harbor, WA, just 45 minutes from Seattle. The surgery center is Medicare certified and is specially designed for Dr. Piasecki’s procedures. Patients enjoy an attentive staff, safe, serene environment, all at a much lower cost than a hospital operating room.
Harbor Plastic Surgery Center also performs injectibles and facial peels. Monthly «injectible clinics» are 20% off are regular rates.
Dr. Piasecki started his own skincare line. The products are science-based, easy to use and affordable with profits donated to organizations who provide health, wellness and educational opportunities to kids. Products may be purchased online or at Harbor Plastic Surgery Center.

We limit the number of patients seen each day so every patient has enough time with Dr. Piasecki to have all of their questions answered.
Procedures are performed in our Medicare approved ambulatory surgery center. Our ASC is set up specifically for Dr. Piasecki’s procedures. This lowers costs to insurance companies and patients, while maintaining the safety standards set by hospital operating rooms.

Business Owner
A graduate of Stanford University with a degree in biology, Dr. Piasecki went on to Vanderbilt Medical School. While in medical school he took a two-year leave of absence to compete on the US National sprint kayaking team and was ranked #4 in the world.
After graduation from Vanderbilt, Dr. Piasecki did a five-year plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the University of Wisconsin, where he won several awards for his research and teaching. He then completed a Mohs surgery fellowship at the University of British Columbia, training under some of the most respected dermatopathologists in North America.
Dr. Piasecki one of seven physicians worldwide who are board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons, which indicates that he has met the highest level of requirements for practicing plastic and reconstructive surgery and a Member of the American College of Mohs Surgery.
