Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever had from ANY business ! I spent a a big amount of money to have two chairs reupholstered. After 6 months the fabric fell apart and looked overly worn out. This was fabric that she recommended I use. The legs on the chairs sit in at an angle and the ottoman is crooked. I asked many times for her to come to my home to look at this, she didn’t.She did not stand behind her work or the fabric, stopped answering my calls and emails when I tried to contact her… so now I have chairs and an ottoman that look absolutely terrible and not even a partial refund of the huge amount of money I spent!
