Locally owned and operated, with over 30 years of commercial real estate experience right here in Pierce County, Harborside Property Management has continued to maintain the professional but friendly approach to servicing the property tenants for our clients.

Meet the Business Owner

Randy B.

Business Owner

Randy started his real estate career as a developer and general contractor before creating a chain of retail stores in the early 80’s. He later joined Lyon Commercial Real Estate in Tacoma in 1985 and was able to tie all the pieces together into a phenomenal brokerage career representing such national retailers as Best Buy, Michaels Arts & Crafts, PetSmart and Sports Authority, to name a few, as he aided their expansion throughout Washington state.

In 2011 Randy was asked to manage a large private portfolio and, with Lynn’s help they were able to clean up years of neglect, lease up the vacant spaces within the portfolio, increase the maintenance fund to improve the properties as well as substantially increasing the owners monthly draws — all in the middle of the worst recession we can remember. Eighteen months later Randy and Lynn started Harborside Property Management and that success continues.
