Scammers, predators, liars, unethical. They prowl our neighborhood all day to find cars to tow. Then lie about cars being in paid parking spaces when it obviously says visitor parking. Don’t give them more money for any help. They get plenty from the victims of my neighborhood. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY OR THE USED CAR DEALERSHIP OR THE BODY SHOP. Shows you how deceiving they are when they don’t even have a pooles towing sign on their premises. My friends car got his front bumper torn after their tow. They charge after hour fee if you get your car towed on a weekend and they won’t release it to you on a weekend unless you pay that stupid fee.

Classless liars

Beware of this towing company. They towed our car from a guest parking spot in our gated community even though we had a guest tag securely fastened in our rear view mirror. When we called to retrieve our car, the tow driver told us that if we could show him that the pass was in the car he would give us our car with no charge. When we arrived, we immediately saw that the pass had fallen to the floor. We told the man that we have no way of knowing that the pass didn’t fall when he was towing the car. When we asked for a photo he was reluctant to show us. We aren’t sure where and when the photo was taken. We believe that the tow company may have somehow tampered with the car or used some sort of instrument to access the car which was why our pass wasn’t in view. The man also raised his voice and was extremely unprofessional and rude. We are extremely disturbed that this man was given access to our community in which we want to feel safe. I would not recommend voluntarily using this company for any services. When we went to pick up the car the place was swarming with flea infested cats sitting on cars and inside the facility. The staff was low class, unprofessional and most definitely untrustworthy.
