History

Established in 1996.

IVR Tech first opened its doors in Buffalo, NY as a software development firm that specialized in interactive voice response. While we still provide those services, we’ve since grown into a powerhouse provider of products and solutions that enable our customers to deliver the best experience possible. In October 2014, IVR Tech Group purchased 800 Adept and Adeptel, a call tracking and analytics company based in Orlando, Florida. Currently, Atlanta-​based Mike Byrne serves as IVR Tech Group’s CEO while Buffalo-​based Akash Desai fulfills the role of company president.

Business Owner

Mike lives and works in Acworth, Georgia. A self-​described ‘serial entrepreneur,’ Mike started his first business at the age of 12 (stringing tennis racquets) and has been forging his own path ever since. When he’s not working (which is hardly ever), Mike is a family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Mike is an avid tennis player and also enjoys golf.
