I had the occasion of going to the Germantown wireless store and amazingly I picked the right night. I only waited ten minutes for service, and service I got from Courtney! She was patient and couldn’t do enough for me in setting up my new phone. I truly would recommend Courtney. If you are lucky enough in the queue to get her, you will be working with a real professional. Senior Lady

I am writing this review based on an employee named Fred, and Fred only!(He deserves 5 Stars– the –1 is for the girl below) He was unlike any other employee I’ve ever seen/worked with at any Verizon stores. SO enthusiastic, positive, helpful and definitely knew this stuff! The girl named Courtney is very unfriendly and makes you feel uncomfortable. I would recommend not getting help from her.

It is unclear how«Ken» moved to manager level. Use to be my favorite Verizon store for quality customer service. Will never return there. Ken displayed the poorest ability I’ve ever witnessed in working with a business. Ken seemed to be upset with a prior customer and his anger was transferred to me. Needed just to exchange something. Terrible terrible experience. Will be calling the store manger and corporate on this one. Actually should earn zero stars.

I am writing this review based on these two employees here. I do not remember the guy’s name but he was doorkeeper. The other girl’s name was Kourtney. These two people talk to their customer like they are the boss. These two people had such a angry face(looked like they hate their job) while I was asking questions and they both just walked away even before i finished my question. This location needs to fire these unprofessional noobies or retrain them. I have been to multiple verizon retail stores and this place has the worst workers.

Great staff. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Professional. I was in and out in 5 mins for a quick question about service

The Verizon Company’s model for a store layout is so asinine. Unfortunately the number of Verizon customers to Verizon representatives is grossly out of proportion making wait times to simply be seen by a rep to be as long as a half hour. Walking into a store to have them ask for your contact info, ask what you are visiting for, and concluding with a «you’re x in line of people waiting» just starts the whole experience to be miserable. I don’t like this idea of Verizon treating their customers like they’re herding cattle. Boo Verizon. P. S. Find someone else other than Courtney to be your Verizon representative. Other than her highly talented ability of being a smart ass, condescending rude individual that treats you the customer poorly, she brings no value to anyone that speaks with her.

Service used to be faster/better. There was a time recently when a male supervisor was rolling his eyes in front of me. I guess I was taking too much of his employee’s precious time. I hate the eye roll. It’s disrespectful. I guess the phones are more complicated now so it takes a lot longer, but yesterday it took somewhere around 45 minutes to get help.

I’ve been at the Verizon store for 45 minutes there is no one in the store and there is no one to help me They trick you into buying things and I’ll tell you the whole story and how much things cost in the end I definitely would not use Verizon ever again

This staff is respectful and knowledgable, but make no mistake — they are Verizon employees and sales and commission are their bottom line. The representative that I worked with was quick to dismiss me for another customer when I needed to call customer service about an error on Verizon’s behalf — and he met with about 3 other customers during my visit, including times when I needed his attention. A decent customer service representative would have given his customer his full, undivided attention for the customer’s entire visit, until all problems were solved and the customer was happy. But this is not the Verizon way, and all any employees seem to care about is how much $$ they can scam out of every customer. Again, this location is decent by Verizon standards, but terrible by «real world» standards.

I will probably never call Verizon again for my wireless needs now that I have been into the store. The people are very helpful(there’s plenty of people working there and I found it easy to get assistance early afternoon on a weekday). I was greeted at the front door and she helped me put in my «work ticket» for assistance. The guy who fixed my phone was AMAAAZING!(Mike) He not only saved my pictures/videos from my dead phone, but somehow brought it back to life. Which is great b/c now I can wait for the iphone 5 instead of getting something out of desperate need. He even explained/suggested getting a memory card for the phone, but didn’t pressure me into buying it.(I ended up getting it but now I’m not worried about losing my stored data forever if the phone croaks again). The only thing I didn’t understand is why they didn’t have any non-smart phones on display. Manager said that it was a corporate thing. Even despite, I recommend going into this store. Dealing with someone face to face sometimes makes life so much easier. Especially when they’re as professional and efficient as Mike.
