Filet mignon and chicken never fails. Grill master was very courteous and friendly. Everything is top notch and done in the finest form. I highly recommend this place.

The food was really really good. The presentation was wonderful as well! I had the ribeye steak and shrimp for $ 23.95. My steak wasn’t quite medium per my request but, it was still delish!!! The only other complaint I have is our server was not as prompt as he should have been! I had to ask for refills, repeatedly.

I went here with family, and it was a delicious, enjoyable experience! We were seated right away; I was able to get the special, steak and shrimp, for only $ 23. Plus, the entrees come with soup, salad and rice. I think it’s a better deal than Benihana with the same quality food and service. They do add a standard gratuity to your check, but they deserve it. I’d definitely go again… and again!(Birthday peeps get a free cheesecake with candle.)

A little expensive for what you get, but have always gotten good food and good service. My kids love coming here and frequently ask when the next time we are going to come.

Service was good, food was good as well. I had the hibachi chicken and steak, which was cooked very well. Fried rice and vegetables were tasty as always. However, I noticed the staff was using bottled sodas and pouring them into glasses. I prefer fountain sodas. The portion of food was great, although my meal was 24 $.

Came to Sakura for my nephews 11th birthday and it was everything he could have asked for. Our chef was exciting and made sure all guests were participating. Our party was of 7 so another couple sat with us. My mom was that difficult guest and asked for no salt and very little soy sauce use on her food. Our chef was totally okay with it! He made her portion, served her and then piled on more sauce as the rest of us cheered him on! The food was delicious and my nephew already can’t wait for the next outing to Sakura!

Just wanted to update my review as the last one I wasnt too satisfied. I visitied yesterday and everyhing was superb down to their martini’s. I have come to realize that places like this, the qulaity of the food is directly linked to your cook for the day

Went for sushi instead of the steakhouse. By the way, the steakhouse part is really good too. I also give it four stars. The sushi was fresh and well prepared. The music was sort of funny — an old Ella Fitzgerald album — for a japanese steakhouse. But we enjoy that music.

The atmosphere and tasty food don’t excuse the fever and vomiting I have had the last 3 times I went here. Sorry guys. I won’t be back.

We were starving after a family trip to the indoor pool. With multiple food allergies the biggest one being gluten I was super excited that they had tamari sauce! We were able to enjoy all they have to offer & our Chef was the best! He asked several questions about food placement on the range. Best gluten free experience yet! My kids cleaned their plates, one with filet & one with chicken. My husband had the filet, shrimp & scallops with sashimi. It was all gone. I had the Veggie stir fry & veggie sushi all yummy & leftovers!

4 stars for sushi! Very fresh, very good. The habachi grill was 1 star for«performance» and 2 stars for taste. Like the décor, very short wait for a table. They had 10 tables running so the wait for a chef was a little longer than expected. Fortunately the soup salad and sushi filled the time while waiting.

patiently waiting for this place to shut it’s doors for good. i came in for some to-go food during a Friday lunch«rush». at 12:30 i was THEONLY person there. I a big believer in smiles, and i got none, in face the sushi chef seemed very annoyed that i was even there. Had to hunt down someone to make an order, and then again to pay. the floors in the restaurant and the bathroom were extremely sticky. Do they«wash«them with melted lollipops? sushi was very bleh. i should have spent my $ 15 at yuraku. :(oh well, there’s always the next time.

This is the absolute worst hibatchi in the area rice was way undercooked, but I decided to give them another try in my mother inlaws birthday when I got there they siad we didnt have a wait. And sat us at a table by ourself. Then switched us and siad it was reserved, so they tried to fit 4 of us at a packed table that couldn’t fit 3 more I was very upset and left… terrible costomer service

Sakura isn’t bad, but I wasn’t particularly impressed by it. I’ve been pretty spoiled by excellent Japanese restaurants over the years, so it’s gotten a lot harder to impress me. It’s a nice sized place that isn’t clean but isn’t filthy either. The chef and waiters were pleasant. Pricing was fair. The hostess wasn’t too impressive and wasn’t too clear or quick to communicate. As far as the food goes, I’d consider it to be pretty average hibachi. I wasn’t too thrilled with the sauces they provided. Also unlike a lot of people, I don’t go to hibachi restaurants for the theatricality, and I can’t stand hibachi places that try to shove it down your throat. Sakura’s chefs are all about the theatricality, but they don’t try to pressure you to do goofy things like catch a shrimp with your mouth or take a shot of sake from a squirt bottle. It’s a decent place that I’d certainly be willing to visit again, but I’m also not going to put an end to my search for a truly exceptional Japanese restaurant in this area.

I love hibachi places. I really go more for the show than the food but the food here was pretty good too. I’m a sucker for places that work well with kids. I have a baby sister and she thoroughly enjoyed her time there. The chef was really nice to her and gave her a small portion of food even though we didn’t really order her an official meal. I got the filet mignon and chicken which was pretty good. My family got a variety of beef, chicken. shrimp, and scallops. All in all, I thought the food was pretty decent and wasn’t terribly expensive. Again, the show was fun and I enjoyed my time there. The service was good and attentive which is a plus. The floors however are kind of sticky which was kinda weird and disturbing. But outside of that, I would recommend this place to anyone!

I looooove Sakura! It’s my all time favorite! & the yum yum sauce well let’s say the name says it all! I have tried the steak & seafood, but chicken teriyaki is my fave! If you decided to come you’ll have fun and you enjoy the food!

This place belongs on Kitchen Nightmares… and I haven’t even seen the kitchen. Dirty. Food-matted carpet. Walls that they don’t clean. No amount of good sushi for fun hibachi can excuse the utter lack of general up-keep. My fingers are crossed that they do due diligence with food preparation and cleaning in the kitchen, but after my experience last night… I’m not so sure.
