Be very careful when having them do your roof. We had our roof done this past spring/​summer. This was a large roofing job and 6 weeks later when it was completed I was so happy to see them leave.
The sales person was very great and professional. The problem was they only sent over 2 sometimes 4 people a day to work on the roof. The job was sold that they would never leave any of the roof exposed, that they would have it completed in 2 weeks and have a professional staff of 5 – 7 workers who were all experienced and were approved for Master Elite Contractors. It was not that at all and I have water damage in my house because my roof was exposed for weeks since only 2 people were working on it, one who tore off the other who was putting the roof back on. I called and asked them to please get more help on the job but they just ignored me and the job went on this way for 6 weeks.
They did the following damages to my property:
broke the brick off my home, water damage in my foyers and sun room where I have expensive artistic painting now the entire rooms need to be repainted, no gutters on roof during periods of rain for four weeks causing paint to be chipped off and now entire exterior needs to be repainted, ran over my culvers and driveway and they need to be rebuilt, and the list goes on.
Look elsewhere, the owner did not care when I called to get this job completed on a timely matter, it took 6 weeks to complete, and I never saw as certified GAF person come and approve it for the Golden Pledge Warranty.
