Walked in received service immediately. I have two stars because when I received my pedicure, the woman was soooo rough! I told her she was hurting my foot and ignored me. I decided to get a manicure as we’ll. I asked for a simple silver line ok my nail she charged 5 $ extra for a crappy job and my nails lasted for 2 days before they started to chip. I wouldn’t mind paying it if it looked nice. She noticed that she messed up but didn’t want to fix it, and when she did it looked worse smh never returning to this location. What a waste of 40 $

I’m knocking off a star for this place because the very next day, some of my nails started to break! This rarely happens to me, especially when they’re painted, so I think it has something to do with how they were filed. Plus, the gel polish has been chipping and peeling. They advertise that it’s supposed to last a minimum of two weeks and I’ve had gel manicures done properly that have lasted that long and more, so I’m a little disappointed.

No stars! Called at 12pm to schedule 3pm appointment for daughter. Asked for «Emma.» I was told «Emma not work here anymore.» Male scheduled appointment with «Mya.» Provided child’s name and upon arriving 15 minutes early were told we didn’t have an appointment and get this… EMMA STILL WORKS HERE. I think I’m Megan Kelly right now because blood is coming out of my ears and blood is coming out of my wherever!!! So umprofessional!!! Now we’re waiting 30 minutes. Complete bullshit!!!

So far, so good. They do a good job and it’s my go to for face threading. Quick and thorough.

I’ve gotten my eyelashes done here twice. Individual lashes. Best job EVER! I’m serious. I had them done on February 6^th and am going to have them filled in March 17^th! They are sparce at the moment, but after 39 days (YES thirty nine), probably most of my real lashes have fallen out! The lashes themselves are very natural looking — the most natural I’ve seen in a salon. Great technique, very little glue burning the eye problems, good price.

This is my go to place for threading and nails. I am loyal to Tammy for threading eyebrows and upperlip and Emma for mani/​pedi. I usually get gel because I don’t like waiting for my nails to dry, and the gel lasts forever! I’m somewhat a perfectionist and they are too!

Ok so this is my go to nail salon. Kayla is the best nail tech I have had in my nail life (and that’s a long time). Prices seem to be comparable to area and the salon looks nice. It is always clean and everyone is very friendly
My two complaints are…
1. If you have a 9 am appt in the winter be ready to freeze. No one comes early to get the shop ready /​warm.
2. It used to be super relaxing but the last month or so seems to have been less peaceful in the shop. Nail techs are answering phones while doing nails and it can get a bit loud.
Although I will still keep going and I refer everyone I know. My gel mani lasts 2 to 3 weeks and Kayal and Mimi do a great job.

My technician did a great job and a fabulous massage. I felt she took great care of me. I believe the tools used on me were properly sanitized and sterile, which is obviously a plus. The only reason I would deduct any stars is because of the atmosphere. However, this being my first visit to this salon, I felt the place desperately needed attention to cosmetic flaws. Technicians were wearing street clothes (as opposed to a clean-​looking uniform). Water spots in the ceiling tiles, dust nearly everywhere, a floor that could use a good mopping and polishing of the wood. The waiting area seating reminds me of my old couch from college and the salon’s couches could use a replacement of the cushioning and a fabric update, or just a new seating type altogether (chairs or a new couch). The obviously fake florals look old and dusty and the paint on the walls has markings and scratches and the overall cosmetics of the place looks ignored. I don’t know how long this place has been operating, but I got the feeling the décor hasn’t been considered since it opened.
What bothered me the most was the fact that a client (who claimed she couldn’t wait in the waiting area because it was too cold) kept interrupting my technician to ask her to do things to make her comfortable (show her another place to hang her coat –not the coat rack because that was full– make her water hotter, fetch a hot tea, show her how to use the massage chair, etc). I felt it was extremely rude of the client, and she should have known that if she insisted on waiting for the next available technician in a pedicure chair that she was going to sit unattended until a technician was available. But it didn’t impact my opinion of the good job my technician did on my pedicure.
My technician offered both hot tea or water. The pedicure service included an exfoliating scrub and a mask which sets with a hot towel wrapped around your feet. My technician asked me, before assuming, if I wanted to have an additional service to take extra care of callouses, which made me glad she asked instead of just doing it and charging me extra. The prices here are fair for what you receive, I just felt like I needed to close my eyes so I wasn’t distracted by the outdated and unattended décor.
Perhaps the salon could use a couple more technicians to help run the front desk, tend to waiting clients, and clean the place while there’s no clients waiting to be checked in…(instead of the man who, today, was dressed like he was shoveling snow all day).
Overall not a horrible experience. But I don’t know if I will be back. The location is closest to where I live so maybe, but it’s not a place I would book my every 3-​week pedicure.

This review is for Tammy, I’ve gotten my eyebrows done here on many occasions by her. She does such a great job, she actually takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. I always find myself coming back to four seasons for Tammy! Other eyebrow technicians aren’t as precise there. So I highly recommend you ask for Tammy.

I am so upset with my experience at Four Seasons. I have been going to this salon for over 2 years and keep coming back because I really have liked their work. For being a loyal customer I was treated extremely rudely. The lady who gave me a pedicure was fine, she didn’t speak much English so when it was time for my Gel Manicure she switched me off to another technician. And can I just say I have never wanted to grab a nail file out of someones hand like that. I literally repeated myself what seemed like 20 times and she still messed up the shape of my nails. She filed the nails slanted and did a half-​assed job painting my nails. They are lighter at the bottom on certain nails and lighter on the top for others. I can see dead skin on the side of my nail which I had to point out to her whilst at the salon. I may never return because of this experience. If you go DO NOT sit with Nina or Nini, that was her name. Tammy is actually really good.

I found this place when the salon I had been going to in the Kentlands closed. Four Seasons is closer to home and the prices are more reasonable. A regular pedicure is $ 23. They offer clients a bottle of water. Emma is the best technician. She is very professional. Parking is available.

My last experience here was terrible! When trying to decide what color I wanted, Ema was impatient with me since I wasn’t sure what color I wanted. So I was rushed to pick a color I wasn’t 100% satisfied with. Then she was very rude through out the entire time she was doing my gel manicure. A day after I met with her, my nails were already chipping so I had to go back two days later to get a couple of my nails redone. Instead of redoing the nails that needed to be redone she just filed my nail down and then three days later they were already chipping again. After this experience I decided to never go back to this nail salon again. If you want rude and impatient service, this would be the nail salon to go to.

I have a local salon I’m pretty loyal to, but with my hectic schedule, I needed to find an earlier appointment than their normal 10am open time. I chose Four Seasons because I’ve heard great things about them in the past. I was a bit disappointed. On the inside, the place looked old and out dated. The flooring when you enter is coming up, their wall photos are dusty, their were spider webs in corners, the nail stations were dusty (prior to my nails being done) the walls need a fresh coat of paint. It seems like management or the owner don’t care much about investing in the place. I was also charged an additional 50c just to leave a tip on my card.

Took my mom here for a pedicure on a Monday morning. Customer service was outstanding… the manager and employees were very friendly and professional. I was offered a complementary beverage even though I didn’t use any of their services. Salon and stations were very clean and well appointed. Mom ended up having her eyebrows waxed too, and was happy with the results. The only drawback was that it took almost 1.5 hrs, even though it wasn’t crowded, so I summed that up to the individual technician. Looking forward to returning for a manicure. :)

Four seasons is pretty good there was only one person I truly connected with and that was Emma. Other then that I really didn’t know anybody else. Emma did great designs and was really nice. I recommend her for 9 to 15 year olds.

My spring gel nails. Emma did an awesome job. Never been so satisfied with my nails. Two thumbs up.

This review is strictly for eyelashes, I think the salon is great for manicure services. I had lash extensions added for a trip I was taking the next day. I did not want to sit through single-​lash application as I didn’t have the time, so I asked her to use sprays. She was super nice and it seemed like she was being extra vigilant. When she finished the first eye I told her it was way too dramatic so she trimmed the lashes and offered to remove them, I wish I had taken her up on that offer. She assured me that if I didn’t like them, I could just use baby oil or vaseline to remove them myself so I figured I didn’t have much to lose if I went ahead w/​both eyes. After she added the 2^nd eye’s lashes I truly looked like a clown. She told me I should just wear extra make-​up and they’d look good, so I figured I’d give that a try and if it didn’t work then I’d just take them off. It didn’t work, I looked ridiculous. So that night I spent two hours massaging oil, vaseline, using steam… nothing worked, not a single lash would come off and I had to leave the next a.m. for NYC. I got an appointment that next evening in NYC for removal and suffered the whole day, they seriously hurt. My eyes watered all day and I felt like they were hardened were broom bristles, there was so much glue. I then spent two hours in the salon in NYC having them removed, one painful lash at a time. The technician there told me she had no idea what kind of glue they used but it was not lash glue, she had never seen anything like it in her 5 years doing lashes and their chemicals would hot work. She wasn’t even sure she could get them off (I was frantic because the next a.m. I left on a 7 day cruise). She pulled and pried and finally got them off. It was the most traumatic and tortuous experience I’ve been through. I’m posting a pic of the lashes that the NYC tech removed — imagine having them yanked from your eyelashes for two hours. Do NOT get lashes here, at least not sprays. I can’t speak for the individual lashes they do, they are probably much better… but I know I’ll never go to this salon again. I can’t take the chance of going through that pain again!

I’d say a 3.5 for my first visit to Four Seasons. The staff is nice and friendly. The even offer you a beverage (water or other) while you’re getting your nails done.
I’d say its on the pricier side especially for the location but I usually don’t get my nails done that often. It seemed clean and well stocked. My mom and I went for her bday and she had Hanna and I had Mymy. Both very nice and do a good job.
I’d go back and recommend this place to friends.

This has to be the best salon I’ve ever been to. Every technician is wonderful and the place is clean and comfortable. I broke an acrylic nail today and went in to have it fixed. Kayla (my usual girl) started me off but became busy and had another wonderful girl Olivia take care of me. Emma finished me with polish. Although I’m usually not happy with the switching of technicians, the ladies are all so wonderful and so nice, I had no problem at all. When I went to pay, I was not charged. This place is absolutely wonderful and I absolutely recommend that everyone should try them.

Please remove massage services from the menu. I am a guy and I went for a massage in Aug 23, 14.
My experience:
No headrest on the massage table
The room was full of items which was used for facial services
Not a very clean room, no space for the therapist to walk around to massage.
The massage therapist did not know what she was doing!!! I asked for a deep tissue massage and all she did was just keep rubbing my back.
No water provided after the massage.
The room was fully lit!!!
$ 65.00 is way too expensive for the type of massage they offered. I used to be a massage envy customer and felt that they are better in having certified massage therapists!!!
When I told the manager that the headrest was missing, he didn’t bother to inquire more but handed me the bill and charged me the money.
Overall, this place is not for massage… My wife goes there for pedicure and manicure and tells me that they are good. This review is only for their massage services.
