I don’t write reviews often, but I thought I should about this place. I got my nails done here about 4 times. The first time was good, but the second time the lady started sanding my nails with the roller-​thing as if I was getting fake nails, even though I only wanted gel. Then, once I said something, she just painted over my then sand-​paper demolished nails :/​they ended up looking pretty, but after the polish was off they took weeks to go back to their normal, smooth texture. The next time was good too except they over-​clipped my cuticle a little and made me bleed :(. After that I thought I’d give them another try because I live so close and it’s a really pretty salon, but this was the worst time & the last straw. The person doing my nails over-​clipped my cuticle again, but this time he took out a big chunk and it bled for like 10 minutes! He couldn’t even paint my nails because he had to keep the cotton ball on! Not to mention it hurt really bad :(No discount on any of these occasions. I’ve never wrote a review this long before but I thought these issues were worth mentioning.

This is my when push comes to shove nail salon as the location is convenient for me. The new location is absolutely beautiful on the inside. Other than that I really do not recommend this place. Charge is a bit more than other Milwaukee salons for a mani/​pedi and they are really not too concerned about detail. If you are lucky you may get a 2 minute foot/​leg massage with the pedi and good luck with longer than 30 seconds with the mani massage. Polish typically chips within the first day, 2 if you are lucky, with the mani. If you return the following day to have them fix the inadequate job, it is a $ 10 polish change fee. There are better salons out there with friendlier, more customer focused operators.

had an appointment at 7pm for 2 pedi’s — appointments don’t matter. They were busy and we had to wait 25 minutes. Then they rushed us through, did not scrub hard enough (i asked them to get rid of some trouble areas). They did not even look me in the eye — not friendly and rushed with the polish since it was almost closing time. They were rude. Prices went up to pay for their new spot.

Ugh, so annoyed with this place. Got my nails done Saturday and they are all chipping two days later. This was the fastest manicure I have ever had, and I don’t mean that in a good way. Nails were filed unevenly and she got polish on my skin and didn’t even notice until I told her. This is the first time I have skipped tipping the manicurist but there was just no way I was going to give her positive reinforcement for doing a crappy job.

Perfection! I’ve been getting pink and white nails done for almost 10 years. We moved to West Bend several years ago and I experienced a variety of problems at salons near my home. A friend reccomened CQ Nails and I never think twice about making the drive. My results have been perfect each time. Beautiful atmosphere, friendly and highly skilled staff.

GORGEOUS salon with a brand new update! Jade and Tracy always do an amazing job on our nails! It is impeccably clean and all the staff is so generous with their time. They all do such a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend this salon!

BEWARE … Bought a gift certificate for my wife here. When she tried to redeem it they would not take it. Had to drive over there and argue about it before they finally gave me another one. Irritating.
