I stayed here for 24 nights. I was relocating and my employer put me up in this hotel. The internet is completely awful. Download speeds are about 4 times faster than dial up, which is completely unacceptable. I had to take my laptop to starbucks in order to download an update for a program of mine. How ridiculous is that? Staying in a hotel and having to travel to a coffee shop to get halfway decent internet? The business center… The computers in there are awful. PDF’s could not be displayed because of an out of date plug in. You can’t update the plug in due to a lack of administrative privileges granted to users. Aside from that, the computer crawls to load anything, including a normal document. It took me 30 minutes to print something after I figured a work around to the PDF situation. The coin operated laundry… Wow. I did my laundry at this facility twice. The first time, the dryer took 2 cycles to dry a load of clothing and not everything came out completely dry. The second time was even more infuriating. After 3 cycles in the dryer, my clothes were still wet. It is now past 9 at night. I alerted the hotel staff, and asked to use the hotels dryers that they use for towels and linens. The employee said that would be fine. I get my clothes loaded into those dryers. Guess what? Those are broken too. Guess what I am doing at 9:30 at night now? That’s right: Loading up my wet clothes and heading to a laundromat. Hotel employee apologized and offered to refund my money. She seems sincere. Get back to the hotel around 11 at night, fold my clothes and get to bed. Wake up the next morning and out of curiosity I check the hotels guest laundry facility. No sign on the dryer, no sign of any maintenance crew being alerted. Check in the evening when I get home. Still nothing. Has this happened before? Did someone else alert the staff to a problem with their laundry and the staff did nothing about it? Was I just the next unlucky sap to come along to get really frustrated with a situation that could be solved by a sign and a call to the maintenance crew? Signs point to yes. The only saving grace for this hotel is the very friendly staff. They are all courteous. That is why they get 2 stars instead of one. Regardless, I would certainly stay away from this hotel if you need to stay for an extended period of time and plan on using any of the services I have described.

Clean and comfy, was upset they advertised our room as a Jacuzzi suite, to me that means a separate sitting area, it was just a king room with a hot tub. No couch or sitting area at all. The heater ran all night because there was cold air pouring in from under it. We had the heat at 64 and we were cooking. Pool was filled with rif raf, playing football in the pool, 7 people all from the same family. Grandma had a mouth, couldn’t even talk to my 4yr old over all the noise. next morning, parents were gone but grandma and the 4 kids were there. Knew the one boys name she yelled at him so much. She actually asked me to watch them while she had to go to the bathroom 3 times. Only reason we got the room was to swim. Brookfield location cheaper and nicer, bigger rooms with restaurant. We’ll stick to that one in the future.

We are totally descusted with this hotel! We just checked in and I decided to make a pot of coffee and the pot was not just dirty it was filthy! I washed it out three times using my hand to scrub the sides, bottom and lid rinsing with hot water after each wash then used a white wash cloth to dry it off afterwards and the brown yucky stains I still wiped out of it grossed me out!!! My husband went to the front desk to complain and was offered a bag of free popcorn or two bottles of water!!! For your health stay away from this place! We won’t be back! And their wifi sucks and is super slow! Grrrrrrrrrr!

I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere in this hotel. It is truly home away from home. Inviting fireplace in the lobby, friendly staff at the front desk. The room is a good size with a large screen TV. Continental breakfast(included in the rate) is outstanding.

Big screen HDTV in every room. This was the best Country Inn & Suites I’ve stayed in so far. Breakfast is included in youe room and it is not continental. Better value then Holiday Inn Express.
