I recently had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Chauhan. He was going to be the urologist responsible for surgery on a family member. The family member had visited him the previous week and he had scheduled a procedure and test for them. I was present before the procedure and spoke with the patient and Dr. Chauhan. Dr. Chauhan put us at ease, explained what was about to happen in detail, answered all of the questions that we had about the issue, took the time to talk with the anesthesiologist, suggested an alternative anesthesia due to previous issues that the patient had, and had excellent bedside manner. His diagnosis was spot on. He took the time after the procedure to make sure that we knew everything was ok. He had to do this via phone as he was called to an emergency at the hospital as soon as the procedure had concluded. He offered to drive back to the facility to talk with us in person instead of doing it by phone. All in all, one of the best experiences with a doctor I have had ever.
