Dropped in to buy a couple of things, but in particular, cookie cutters. They have a small selection and not what I was really looking for. The sales assistant went out of his way to pull cutters for Christmas out of the stock room because they’re not due out on the sales floor yet. The staff here is super friendly.

Just moved into a new townhouse and let me say I spent all day Saturday going to lowes, home depot, pier 1, looking for window shades, bathroom towels, mirrors, curtains, kitchen supplies and found… empty disheveled shelves with a lot of «order online» In addition the quality and variety was so severely lacking. Sunday, 2 hrs Bed Bath & Beyond Germantown checked it all (and more) off the list. Best BBY I’ve been too and the staff is awesome, helpful. Thanks!

Just like all the other reviewers, I love this store. And, yes, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is well stocked with everything.
The 20% coupons are a huge plus! I bring my supply of coupons every time I shop because I usually buy more items than I planned.
I have no complaints.

This store is extremely customer friendly. We placed dishes on our a wedding registry and received 3 sets about a year and a half ago. They were so chipped after a few months. My nana suggested that I try to take them back. I asked the manager if it was possible and he said of course! It took about 5 min to look up our registry. We packed up 8 of our worst dishes and exchanged them with no problem at all! The clerks were so wonderful to us. They didn’t make us feel nuts for returning almost 2 year old dishes. Such a GREAT store!!!

This store is dangerous! You walk in and you instantly want to buy everything in sight! It is clean and tiddy. They have awesome sales and the employees are always so happy and willing to help you with whatever questions you may have. It is always a pleasure shopping here.
