Went in for initial visit upon walking into office found it very outdated and staff not knowledgeable of insurance or billing. The staff were working on computers that I have not seen since 1983. First test found slight reactions to allergens and 2nd test concluded in no real reactions to allergens(from what the nurse stated). The doctor then came in to «evaluate» the results and concluded that I was allergic to grass. This was after the fact that the nurse was not able to find any reactions from the second testing. Left with a $ 800.00 bill and a prescription for a nasal spray and generic allergy medicine. As a patient, prior to doing any testings at a typical office they usually inform you of costs for procedures. I was not informed that a single allergy test would cost me $ 456.00WITH insurance coverage. The office should have confirmed that I could pay or was willing to pay for such an expensive test. Watch out for this office as they are VERY interested in money and not the health of their patients.

This is a large allergy and asthma practice with several Mid-South offices. They have locations in Germantown, Bartlett, Collierville, Southaven and Jackson. Many of the«well known» doctors practice here– Lieberman, Blaiss, McCulley and Duncan. I took my boys here for several years and was often frustrated with the practice vs the practitioners. It’s a large practice and the staff service several doctors which made me feel like a number vs a patient. The front desk staff is not the friendliest and sometimes I sat in the waiting room for over an hour before I even got to a exam room. That is not very pleasant with children. So, for the office staff and inefficiency I give them 2 stars but for Dr. McCulley I give it three stars. Dr McCulley is a female doctor who is great with kids! She has children of her own and can relate from a parental perspective. and I really like her nurse practitioner Regina. It took me three years to discover Regina and I was very pleased with the level of care she provided. If they had their own practice they would still be my providers. I got frustrated with the wait times and recently found the benefits of going to a doctor with his own practice.
