Achieve Fitness provides in-​home personal training services to customers in the Maryland (Montgomery County), DC, and Northern Virginia metro area. We bring the necessary equipment to put the clients through a 60 minute custom workout in the privacy of their own home. We have helped clients lose as much as 22lbs in 6 weeks. History

Established in 2001.

Achieve Fitness was founded in 2001 by Jesse Cannone. Dennys Passeto, the current owner) and Jesse were very good friends and Dennys became the first trainer to work under Jesse Cannone. After growing the business to where there were 10+ trainers on staff, Jesse sold the business to Dennys in March of 2006. Dennys Passeto has been the owner ever since and has created the now very popular Women’s Only Bootcamp classes which has 5 locations in the DC metro area and looking to grow to 8 locations very soon.

I have always been interested in fitness for as long as I can remember. I started out with swimming as a kid, and then soccer in high school. My Junior year in highshcool, I began working at the front desk of a gym. This is where I was first exposed to Personal Training. Within weeks I desperately wanted to become a trainer. I spoke with the Personal Training Director of the gym and he said that If I got certified he would give me a job.

I pursued the necessary certifications and within a few months, I was training clients. This was in 1998. I have been a personal trainer ever since. I am so passionate about fitness that I feel like it is my calling in life. I enjoy it tremendously and want to spread the passion that I have for it to others.

I have helped numerous clients reach their fitness goals and look forward to many years of helping many more.
