Dr Cain and is staff are amazing! I was referred to dr Cain after a dental procedure gone wrong. He was very professional and the most compassionate man. His entire staff was kind. I highly recommend this oral surgeon.

I cannot recommend this office enough! You are made to feel welcome from the first second you walk in the front door! The office is ran so professionally, and you get to see another smiling face for each office job, which keeps the patient flowing smoothly until you see the Oral Surgeon. I was lucky enough to see Dr. Cain, and I can’t brag enough about him or his assistant. They knew the anxiety I had about getting dental work done, and he put on my favorite Pandora station, they both kept me distracted and kept the atmosphere fun and silly for the entire procedure which was exactly what I needed! It was about a 35 minute dive for me, and worth every mile! I will never go anywhere else! Thank you soooo much Dr. Cain and all of the staff at Austin Oral and Maxillofacial Surgey! P. S. The free drinks and Kuerig machine out front were way awesome lol!

I recently had a tooth extracted and then had an implant inserted in my jaw. I was extremely nervous during the extraction, but Dr Cain put me at ease and told me exactly what to expect. And when he said the implant wouldn’t hurt, he was right!
I would recommend his office without reservation– he is a great, caring oral surgeon and his office staff was just as professional and caring.

Even though I dreaded the thought of getting my wisdom teeth pulled, Dr. Cain and his crew were about as good as it gets.
I instantly felt comfortable in his office as I was informed about the procedure and Dr. Cain himself was courteous, sincere and professional. He definitely eased my fears and I’ve followed his directions perfectly as I recover. Even though I obviously felt some normal dizzy after-​effects of the anesthesia as to be expected, so far I’ve felt hardly any actual pain at all because of his directions. It really wasn’t as bad as I thought. I highly recommend him!
